Disgusting store, incompetent management and sellers! We ordered 26 pieces of certain cat food through Caspi, other types came, we ordered Purina food with chicken and carrots for domestic cats, beef with carrots and chicken with carrots for sensitive digestion came. When calling after delivery to the store, the administrator apparently says there was
a resorting, and in her opinion this is normal, no position is correct, and this is normal. If you do not have this product, then do not accept the order, why take and carry something completely different, people are probably not fools, I know what their pets eat and what they do not eat, and order a certain food. If you don't understand such an elementary thing, and you think that everyone eats what they put in, then you can't mess with pet products!
