I ordered a set of underwear through the store's Instagram (to be sent to my niece in another city). We consulted and placed the order quickly, but to make sure the parcel was sent and get the tracking number, we had to go to the store. Because they answered on Instagram all the time so that I would write to them later, and when I called to ask for the tracking number, they hung up during the conversation, and then just dropped the calls. Therefore, I had to break away from work (she was not far away) and go to the store so that the seller would contact the manager who is engaged in sending parcels - the parcel was sent, so the reason for this behavior of the manager is not entirely clear. The impression was not the best.

I was buying bed linen. It looks beautiful. But it is thin, electrified, and even the pellets are left after a couple of washes, it is not 100% cotton, 80% supposedly cotton and 20percent polyester. Do not take such underwear. I beg you. It's just terrible. Even I would be ashamed to sell such a thing. People have lost their conscience. Money was thrown away. Moreover, they write "Satin, 100% serf" on the packaging

I went to buy bed linen and slippers as a gift on the recommendation of a friend. The seller-consultant initially did not warn about the alleged problems of the terminal.
