Since such a decision has been made to allocate garbage cans, why not do it all in a civilized way, as was done in other places... I am a pensioner and it is quite difficult for me to pull 1.5 km home in my hands due to health problems 🤦 After all, it was possible to make lists in advance and bring them to the houses that are alive and use garbage collection
