Nice hotel. I lived in a standard room for 20 days. There is no kettle (you can boil a kettle in the lobby) and a microwave oven. But the main thing is air conditioning, a refrigerator (the freezer does not freeze) and its own shower and toilet. Cleaning is done every two days, but a couple of times the interval was 4 days. They change the bed linen, two large towels and a towel on the shower floor, and give out two bottles of water.
The walls were a little thin, but there were no foreigners to be heard. When our people moved through the wall, it became very loud(((
There is a cafe opposite, they can make noise late. But I sleep with earplugs, it was fine.
Would you go back to live there? Yes!
I rented it through airbnb. There was no better option for the New Year (at least cheaper). This is a guesthouse. You arrive, take the key at the reception or at the security desk and check in. There is NO deposit. When evicting, they charge for light and water. In three weeks (with almost no money), less than 100 baht came out. Washing machines on site. But personally, I didn't like the area very much (ny klua), it will be difficult without a Bike.
And so, I would not give more than 5000 baht / month.
