And the machine does not give you change. And you need not just to deposit money, but to purchase a transport card, which also costs money. As a result, you need 150 somoni in two or three pieces of paper to go up. A 360-degree view of the whole of Dushanbe from above, but this view is not worth the money that is being asked. But this is the most beautiful and worthy thing to see at the moment in Dushanbe, because if the weather is clear, you can see all the mountains around, and that's fine...
