This is very inconvenient, which is accompanied by an almost complete absence of light, it is there, but in brightness it is like one 5W incandescent lamp. The repair was carried out for the last time probably back in Soviet times. And constant queues. And people who need to pay for communal services, and buy account replenishment, and receive a parcel are all in the same queue, and one person accepts, at the best of times two people. Sometimes you have to stand for half an hour, although the process of receiving a parcel does not take more than 2 minutes. Definitely need to make cosmetic repairs, install a bright light, and remove the grille(as in prison) between the mail workspace and the main one.
