Из своего опыта - у меня один раз курьер незаметно под клапаном вскрыл пакет с джинсами перед тем, как положить посылку в постамат.
После примерно недели бодания со службой доставки, стоимость украденных джинсов мне пришла на баланс Почтой.ком, где пролежала больше года. =))) Сейчас вот потратил.
Проверяйте посылки сразу же у постамата, в поле видимости его камеры.

Воспользовался первый раз сервисами данной компании. До этого пользовался в основном Boxberry. Скажу сразу,что не понравилось, так это огромные комиссии за пополнение баланса в личном кабинете,в итоге рубль конвертируется по 115₽ за доллар, при курсе доллара 94₽. Считаю,что это очень дорого. Отправка в Россию стоит значительно дороже, чем в Boxberry. Для сравнения отправка посылки 5 кг в Россию через Pochtoy. com мне обошлась в 9,5 тысяч рублей, аналогичная посылка через Boxberry обходилась мне в 6,5-7 тысяч рублей.
Оперативность выкупа и упаковки посылки хорошая, но с учётом завышенных комиссий и конвертации, считаю данный сайт как крайнюю меру отправки в Россию, если уже больше негде отправить.

Очень сомнительный сервис в плане скрытых комиссий за пополнение счета, курса дол, и главное космической стоимости доставки, будто это не из сша, а с марса. Заказывал товар за 54 дол, в итоге встало в общем стоимость 120 дол и по курсу плюс 10 руб от биржевого. Перед началом покупки вы не можете понять сколько все встанет. Отказаться от покупки или вернуть деньги перед отправкой посылки не получилось. Грабеж, больше никак не назвать. Но посылка дошла, что удивительно, я сомневался, думал ***, все операции на сайте именно на такие мысли наталкивают, просто уже на интерес довел все оплаты до конца. Фото стоимости доставки прикладываю. Есть может смысл заказывать что дорогое. Или поискать другой сервис. Мне говорили, что до событий была цена нормальная, сейчас видимо ребята решили заработать.

Хочу поделиться позитивным отзывом о компании, несмотря на то, что не получил посылку и потерял некоторую сумму денег.
С последним заказом возникла проблема из-за моей невнимательности. Я заказал сумку с Амазона, не учтя, что посредник не отправляет санкционированные товары, включая сумки и даже небольшие слинги.
Посылка была задержана, и мне пришлось заниматься её возвратом к Амазону. Возможно, инструкция по возврату на сайте посредника есть, но я не смог её найти.
Если у вас возникнут вопросы, рекомендую создавать тикеты, а не писать в чат через кнопку на сайте. Из-за неправильных ответов в чате мне пришлось несколько раз менять ярлык на Амазоне, а затем просить через тикеты заменить ярлык на складе.
На Амазоне есть несколько способов оформления возврата, и один из них предполагает распечатку ярлыка и доставку посылки в пункт приёма USPS. Вам нужно выбрать именно этот вариант.
В итоге, мой заказ успешно вернулся обратно к продавцу, а я получил возврат средств с вычетом расходов на доставку и комиссию посредника.

Очень удобный сервис для меилфорвардинга из штатов, отправляю через них не первый раз.
Тарифы адекватные, быстрая доставка, простое пополнение счета в личном кабинете кучей разнообразных способов, помощь в покупке, бесплатный выкуп из ряда магазинов.
Прикладываю скрины и фото последней посылки, пришла за 6 дней, доволен как слон, буду заказывать через них еще и не раз)

Ни в коем случае не связываться! Говорю как человек, который 168 посылок ими отправил, пока еще работали. Работал с 2018 года с ними - сначала был отличный сервис, потом хуже, хуже и хуже и сейчас превратились просто в мошенническую контору рвачей, вымогателей и обманщиков. Берут товары в заложники и начинают накручивать абсурдные платежи (типа, за "реэкспорт" и "за санкции"). З
120 долларов взялись везти блок питания везли ГОД, потеряли - потом он всплыл у них на складе. Мало что не вернули деньги, так вымогают еще 50 баксов за "реэкспорт" - дескать "по санкциям не прошел". То есть за недоставленную ими же ОПЛАЧЕННУЮ посылку мне не только деньги не вернули (120 баксов), но и еще выкручивают руки требуют еще 50 баксов доплатить безусловно. Возвращать товар отказываются
Деньги за отправку - (120 баксов) возвращать отказались. Если вы хотите так работать - велкам!
Выкручивают руки заставляя платить 50 долларов за "реэкспорт", взяв в заложники остальные товары на складе.
