On 07/19/2024, I ordered a modest bouquet of 25 Kenyan roses for my beloved person. The description of the bouquet indicates that it is 40 cm and the photo shows bright and lush buds. Instead, a stripped and short broom arrived, where the petals of the buds were stripped in advance (because the flowers are already dying), the bouquet itself is far from the first freshness and will not stand for a long time. Only the red buds are of adequate quality. The mood is undermined and I highly recommend that no one use this "service".

On March 8, I made a mistake and did not buy flowers for my mother in a timely manner, I ran along the boulevard in search of at least some point, but everything did not work after 8 p.m. I came here, there are small tulips here, there is no choice, I took it. I ordered flowers in advance for my wife and daughter, 2 bouquets of mixed tulips (in the photo of the site there was a bouquet with 5-6 different colors: red, yellow, white, purple - all equally) and red-yellow (in the photo of the site there were red with yellow edges). It was delivered on March 8th in time, but the flowers do not look like what I ordered at all (I attach a photo). I will not contact this store anymore. Yes, I tried to leave a review on their website - a stupid idea, they do not publish true reviews.

Awful. There are no words. The first time I bought bush roses from them, they stood for two days and in the trash. After about six months, I decided to buy chrysanthemums from them, they always stood perfectly for at least two weeks (they are not the sellers)
I bought 1 branch of 10 rubles, if anything.
The first photo was taken in the morning, the second photo was taken in the evening. I changed the bouquet of water in the morning and in the evening, we stood in a cool apartment. I would not advise anyone to go there (I am very sorry for the money spent((

We made two bouquets quickly and efficiently.The prices are acceptable.But it was indicated on the website that helium balloons can also be inflated.Also, I called the girl on the website specially beforehand by phone and asked where I could arrange two bouquets and balloons, I was sent here.As a result, there is no helium (at the same time it was said that if there was one, then they have bad helium and the balls will not hold even until the evening).I had to urgently look for where to inflate the balloons, there was a residue and we were late for discharge to the hospital.

There is no way to drive up by themselves, they did not have delivery in the near future. It was very difficult for them to go out on the porch. I strongly do not recommend this website for ordering flowers!!!
Not the cheapest bouquet of red roses (35 pcs) was ordered from this company.
I was the recipient of the bouquet, but the sender chose this service himself and made a big mistake! I'll also clarify that by a happy coincidence I work as a florist myself and come across flowers every day and just don't understand HOW YOU CAN PUT HALF OF MORE OR LESS NORMAL ROSES AND HALF OF FRANKLY OLD ROSES IN ONE BOUQUET, WHICH, WHEN REMOVING THE KRAVT PACKAGING, JUST CRUMBLED IMMEDIATELY, well, it's just a shame, guys! Not to mention the fact that the roses were wrapped with duct tape and the bad roses were brazenly "hidden" in the center of the bouquet!
So know that if you decide to dissolve such a bouquet and put it in a vase, it will crumble in your hands! This company provides disgusting quality services!! Be careful, such a bouquet can spoil any surprise very much!!

Situation:the young man decided to order a bouquet of 303 roses for me.I ordered and paid for it.They call him back and tell him that such a number of colors are not available.The young man says:Okay, then transfer the payment back to me, to which he receives a response:Oh, there are flowers.As a result, there were problems with the delivery, the courier got something wrong and the flowers were not delivered on time, but I still waited for my bouquet.
But, alas, the flowers were rotten initially.The next morning, I saw that the flowers were even worse.I decided to sort out the bouquet.As a result, half of the flowers fell apart in my hands, 20 pieces were initially broken and just fit snugly together in a bouquet, and of course, rotten flowers.I sent the photo and the comment to Instagram, to which they replied that they would deal with this case and WOULD DEFINITELY contact me the next day.But, four days have already passed and there is no response, no greetings.Dear service, aren't you ashamed to collect such a bouquet, for such a sum of the most terrible flowers?Aren't you ashamed to just ignore the situation?

The roses are excellent, they stood for a little less than a month in October on the veranda at the cottage. My aunt planted half of them in the ground. Thanks guys. I ordered it twice, and there were shoals twice.
The first time I ordered yellow peony-shaped tulips on 26.02, but they brought me just yellow ones. I think, okay, the same money, there's no point complaining, but in vain.
The second time the joint is much more serious. I made a pre-order 4 days before March 8 (delivery from 23 to 00 from March 7 to 8), okay, everything was delivered on time, but the quality of the tulips is terribly simple. Not only are they small, but also some are not fresh at all, opened, they will stand for a maximum of a day. I would understand everything if I made an order on the same day, also for a holiday, but damn, it was a pre-order! And in the end, I got some leftovers.
