This is my favorite store. The service is excellent. I always leave satisfied with my purchases. Also, many of my friends and relatives use the services of this store on any holiday. I look great because the clothes are very original.I recommend.

The service couldn't be more terrible, they came to hand over a thing that didn't fit and thought to buy something else, and as soon as the seller heard that we were returning the goods, she began to behave inappropriately, said that we waited an hour since she was alone and she had no time to deal with us, although at that time there were a couple of young people in the store besides us who were trying on clothes by themselves, after us came another buyer for whom time was immediately found, to our reproach that we were not being processed, and others were being served, the seller began to swear and threaten that he would call the police.... In short, until I reproached her that she served the customer without using the cash register and that I was going to complain now, she was not going to make a refund. It took about two minutes to process the refund, and about 15 minutes to convince the seller to do his job. Of course, we will not go there anymore and will not advise anyone.

Disgusting service, I advise you not to waste your time and nerves, if it is not the way a woman with red hair thinks, then your mood will be ruined for sure It 's not clear how they still exist, but I've never seen worse communication with clients. The product is just being sniffed and it doesn 't really matter to them how it looks on you , they will tell you what quality they have , that you won 't find it anywhere, or you will find it, but it is 2 times more expensive , etc. You can't take pictures (they probably don 't know the laws ) I wish the store to think about it !!! they have been disgraced in Vitebsk for a long time and they are disgraced further I wish you to complete customer service training
