We ordered one window on August 30, the production dates were specified in the contract on October 29, although they said they would do it much earlier.We called the consultants several times to find out if they would install it earlier, especially since the window was fully paid on the day of the order, to which we were answered, wait until October 29 for the window to be installed.That is, one window is made for 2 months, it's scary to think if they ordered 3 windows, they would have waited half a year!!!)
Finally they called us and set the window installation date for October 20 at 11 o'clock in the afternoon, well, alas, no one arrived at the specified time, when calling the consultant, we were answered, expect, probably they are delayed.Wait.And finally, at 15:00, an installer came to us to install the window!!!!In terms of quality, it seems to be satisfied so far.
We are very sorry that we turned to this company, because during this time, we waited for the window for almost 2 months, others would have done much earlier.

I regret that I contacted them ... : (they waited sooo long for our front door to the cottage, we had to beg to bring it, the deposit was paid and no one was going to return it to us: they came up with stories about the breakdown of the car that was carrying our door, then someone dropped the door, they redo it, the deadlines have long been out and we all waited ..., and in the end we brought the wrong thing at all - the door did not correspond to any parameter - the wrong size, the wrong color, the wrong number of locks, without a peephole, and even opens in the wrong direction...
