Unfortunately, she left in a bad mood. The woman at the checkout is extremely unfriendly. I am very disappointed with the quality of service.
The situation that happened is absurd. I scored 15p with kopecks, gave 15 and offered another 5 rubles, because there was nothing less, it would seem, but I have not seen anywhere else to snort and ask the client in an arrogant tone where to find the change for her. As a result, the cashier punched her some kind of discount, which no one even asked for, and then says: "Don't you want to say thank you that I gave you a discount?" Should I say thank you for the rudeness and the discount that I didn't ask for and wasn't even notified about? Interesting). Because of her, the whole impression of the store is ruined, there is no desire to come again.
There are a lot of interesting products in the store. In addition to cosmetics, snacks are sold.
The impression was spoiled by the seller at the checkout, who, when asked about the difference in the cost of toothpaste at the checkout and on the shelves, raised her voice and began to tell that in all stores the yellow price tag works only with the store card: "Both in the neighbors and in Santa!" I think it would be possible to talk about the benefits of a bonus card in a more relaxed manner.
I really liked the store itself, there are a lot of interesting products that cannot be found. The store is not big, but the assortment is decent. If there were an online store in the Republic of Belarus, it would be great!

I tried to explain that I didn't drop them anywhere. They didn't believe me. Rather, they hinted very convincingly that they could not crumble just like that. We cannot accept the goods because they were released in normal condition. They're probably right about that part. Question: what kind of quality does the store sell products if they can't even get home. I left some grief-blush on the cash register. Let them use it. I don't need such a "girlfriend".
