The place is pleasant, we were satisfied with good impressions. The service is excellent! Several guys help to serve the table at once, they do not keep you waiting long, the territory is excellent - both a terrace and gazebos for every taste, there is a place to walk with a stroller. A 10-year-old child spent most of his time with animators, was very pleased, and asked to come here on his own. The kitchen is delicious. The only drawback for a place of a good level is the lack of a ramp for lifting the stroller both into the hall and onto the terrace. This is a small thing and it is not difficult to do it at all, but how many amenities there will be for visitors with the youngest age category, and there are quite a few of them there!
This does not affect the quality of service, but I would like to take into account the wish.

We were here 2 times, everything was great for the 1st time, but for the second time it was straight 0 service, first they brought us khinkali, then snacks and immediately an undercooked shish kebab (pink from the inside), the official asked for salt and pepper 3 times, the child fell asleep in the stroller was not allowed to bring the holiday to the table because of stupidity what is fashionable in a cradle and in a wheelchair on wheels is not complete nonsense. but I do not recommend the food here it was very much change and improve

We arrived for lunch on 05/09/2023 with a company of 4 people. There are no questions about the kitchen. The service is terrible.
1. Yes, we agree that we turned the table around without agreement, as more people joined us. But in the tone in which the admin/waiter communicated with us.. the question is for this level of institution. It's one thing to come up and say, "we can't do this, let's offer it to you." But to fly in and just communicate with the guests in a raised tone is such a thing.
When we were offered a nearby table, the waiter was informed that our friends would be seated at this table. The table couldn't be cleaned for 20 minutes. Then, when they removed it, other people immediately went to him, who were also served by our waiter. And as a result, there was a conflict between the waiter and the administrator. And another spoiled mood for the guests of the two tables.
2. We made an order. When making it, the waiter asked the position again. As a result, after an hour of waiting, we decided to clarify what was wrong with the order. And it just wasn't recorded. So we would have sat for another hour? Two?
We had only positive impressions about the institution, but after this time we leave with a huge frustration from the service

Every time - excellent service, but this time the waiter Ulyana showed special attention to our kids and us, adults, in matters of cuisine, menu and entertainment on the territory of the restaurant. We would like to single out Ulyana separately, because because of her professional and sincere attitude towards us, my family and I came to the restaurant for the second time in the evening on the same day to relax again and have a delicious dinner. The kitchen is delicious, thanks a lot to the cook! But here is the administrator Ekaterina, very rude. And the point is not what she says, but HOW she says it. She forgets that she is the staff and you are the guest. He is openly rude and even with such an expression on his face. Yes, and again the question about the family-type restaurant, where you can't take strollers. You can do it in Minsk institutions, but you can't do it in them. I understand the internal rules and so on, and I'm happy to leave the stroller outside, but the tone in which she said it leaves much to be desired! When we booked, we said that with a small child. No one warned that it was impossible to use a stroller, to which Ekaterina said that there were special signs on the gate. I went back to the gate and what? Right! There is nothing there (photo attached). I returned back to Catherine because the situation was already just fundamental. Such people should not work in such restaurants, their place in the market should be hung with vegetables. That's how one boorish staff can discourage anyone from visiting this restaurant. But the food is really delicious. Thanks to the cook. And the staff (not all of them, the waiter Matvey is super, thanks for the service) need to learn how to talk to visitors. After all, in the end, people vote in rubles!

A very good restaurant of Belarusian cuisine, convenient location (almost on the ring road), interesting for children, as the street area eats, etc. The disadvantages are the following - really high prices (not only by Belarusian standards, but also by Russian standards too). That is, it's really expensive(!) a restaurant, you can go once, but not regularly. If it is the Belarusian cuisine that is interesting, then there are a lot of good places in the city with prices two or three times lower. The second disadvantage is very slow service and long cooking time (long serving). We waited for cooking from 40 to 50 minutes (and the children are hungry, initially the waiters said that 20 minutes on average). In short, there is no point in going there hungry either (you will be disappointed).
