The guys are trying, but they lack some knowledge in communication and organization of the process.
I brought children aged 12+/- to VR. The question immediately arises - what do you want to include? But it's not hard to guess that they either have no experience at all in the game, or little. And the children themselves don't know anything except what they saw in tiktok.... As a result, the games changed several times, it took time to adjust the helmets. And given the fact that two people are trying to tune in to a number several times higher than themselves, some children stood idle waiting for the tuning, then stood and did not know how to play and waited for help and clarification... But everything was simple and fashionable to first ask about the experience, then tell about the genres presented in the hall, advise, based on the age and gender of the clients, the game and, accordingly, first explain the essence and algorithm of actions in the game. Well, it would be nice to put time in reserve for setting up points, because this is not the fault of the visitors, but the miscalculation of the staff...

We only played laser tag. 4 stars, because there were gameplay problems, such as shooting through walls and leaving allies behind, even when the gun is pointed in the other direction. The second problem was solved on the spot, but the first one angered everyone. We had a good time. So much so that the feet are worn off, and the socks are torn. The price for the quality is quite good

No attention is paid to the hallway, the shoe cabinets are shabby, the rugs are the cheapest. But the most trash is the receptionist at the counter, Kirill, it seems. Not a drop of optimism, a pretentious pompous importance on the verge of rudeness. The children are streaming 3 birthdays at once, the mass character hinders. I liked only the work of the instructors. Well done, they are. I do not recommend the establishment, definitely. This time.
