The center, close to the beach, close to all shops, restaurants. The room has a kitchenette, shower. Cons: no towels, soap, toilet paper and garbage bags. You need to buy all this yourself. Replacement of bed linen - 3 €. You have to clean the room yourself - there is a brush and a mop, but there is nowhere to wash this mop (in the washbasin?)
