According to the reviews, I expected the best. I'm from another city and really wanted to come here for a class. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cozy, the receptionist is friendly, but the training itself was very disappointing.
The coach was late for training, came in at 18.02, did not apologize for being late, did not introduce herself, did not duplicate the name of the workout, did not tell me what the splits were today (although I was warned that at the beginning of training the coach calls the splits). There were very few exercises for the twine itself, I work as a coach myself and I think that this training in training is not enough to pull the twine, actually I did not sit in it there, although I sit on it. In the end, they just lay there for a very long time, there was no hitch as such, which gave the impression that the training was incomplete. When you exit, the administrator's question: "How are you?" was generally inappropriate. My friend and I could have told the administrator all this after the trial training, but there was no question about the training itself.

We were with a friend stretching in this studio)
I would like to note that we arrived at 5.30 pm (30 minutes before the start of the class) and it was closed. The studio was opened for us at 6:47 p.m. and it's insanely uncomfortable and not customer-oriented. The admin is smiling)
At the beginning of the training, the coach entered at 18.02, did not apologize and said that now she would set up the music and start + they did not tell us which twine we would pull, we found out about it in fact. The exercises were not on the splits, but rather on the back.
I'm sitting on the splits with preparation, but I didn't even sit down that day.

Школу нашла случайно и прямо в сердечко. Девочки профессионалы, музыка для танцев нереально красивая и подобрана с душой. Отношение к детям превосходное, где надо и строго, где-то и словом умеют настроить ребёнка, что все получится и не надо расстраиваться. Ходим с удовольствием!

За этими ребятами я наблюдала уже давно. Мне понравилась их страница, всё невероятно идеальное и.. эти вдохновляющие видео с гимнастками😍. И наконец, я дошла до них.
Местонахождение ТЦ на Дзержинского (почему то очень пустующий), красивый зал, приятный администратор с улыбкой😇 и добрым посылом. Вечерняя группа в 20:00, нас трое и как мне показалось, тренер уже немного устала😴 от этого всего. Вся тренировка прошла без всяких эмоций, сдержанно, скованно и как бы официально. Но она поработала с каждым присутствующим👏.
Атмосфера располагает на расслабление😌 и комфортную тренировку. А лично для меня не хватило душевности🤗, потому что иду туда не только за тренировкой, а и за за хорошим настроением.
У меня была пробная тренировка, которая стоит здесь 14 рублей
