The owner is a great guy. Works for three or five people

But the main problem is the language. He doesn't speak Russian. English only. Google translator will help you communicate with the owner if you do not have enough English.
And everyone who does not know this language believes that they are treated badly. And he's just trying to explain.
- Protaras is not Turkey or Egypt. There is nothing even close and will not be. No drinking, partying, these are ordinary apartments. Which have everything for a pleasant life.
- do not expect 5 stars, all inclusive, this is a different holiday
- the main advantage is the location. First line, all rooms are facing the sea.
- stock up on money, these are not Turkish shores.
- the sea is super, it's just a fairy tale for children. A gentle entrance, no waves, no dangers. One of the best beaches in Cyprus.

He's a super man. The business manager does a lot of things himself . Yes, you have to save money, after the crown and sanctions, the flow of tourists fell significantly. Many people are saving now in Cyprus
These are apartments, go to the shops and eat by yourself.
Do not read the reviews of fans of Turkey, this is a different holiday and no one will lick you.

A nice quiet place with spacious, cozy rooms and a gorgeous view from the window.
