Apparently, the state should have brought this company to its senses long ago, because of the mess they made with this registration. I haven't been able to make an appointment for three months now, and as a result, I don't even know when I'll get a job at my company, where I've been working for two years. My director from Poland wrote a letter to the consul, and there is also no response, either because of the workload and the mess in the consulate's mail, or because it ends up in spam from them. There are 0 chances to register yourself. All their dates are stolen by travel agencies, telegram bots, and other crooks for one or two in 10 minutes. Moreover, they even know the exact time of the date release, and this is for sure for them (agencies) someone is "merging" them with vfs global. They do it once or twice, effortlessly. Their site just "hangs" and "glitches" endlessly, while it pours out some errors, saying that your vpn is turned on and you need to turn it off, saying that your email and password are wrong, there are a hundred reasons in common. And all these innovations with verification, authentication and other nonsense didn't do anything good for a person, and everything didn't work as it should, and it still doesn't work. It feels like they are in a share with these "visa dealers" who charge from 600 to 1500byn.
I visited the website several times to sign up for the queue, as a result of the blackout. And what, it is not possible for a person over 60 to visit relatives. This is terrible!!!And every year you make it worse, not better.I think that elderly people with invitations from relatives (not necessarily from their closest ones) should be allowed to register at the visa application center.!!!And your new development has led to the fact that intermediaries have doubled their prices.
Applied for a visa for 60+. Accepted on time, polite staff. We have been waiting for a visa for 14 days. On Friday morning, I saw the status "the application has been reviewed at the Embassy and sent to the VC". We had paid for courier delivery, and obviously only after the weekend. She asked me to cancel the courier. Upon confirmation of the cancellation, after 2 hours they called and informed that the passports were at the VC and could be picked up personally. We arrived quickly and took our passports.
Of the disadvantages (insignificant for us):
there is no refund when the delivery is canceled;
inconvenient location;
There are no benches in the waiting area.
Of the significant disadvantages:
Inconvenient working hours, until 17.00, and Sat. sun. weekends.
Three! I've been in line for an hour. Why set a specific time if you have to wait anyway?? There are three windows open, there are 20 people in the queue in front of me. The service is slow. girls impose services, especially photos. They say you have poor quality, but they will definitely do better in their booth. And they take pictures of you themselves. That is, they are distracted from filling out documents. It still drags on for 10 minutes. In total, one person is serviced for at least an hour. Now there is half an hour until the end of the working day, one girl is working. Everyone went off on some business. How adequate is this? If you redo the questionnaire yourself or print out the missing documents, you will be sent again for a coupon. That is, to sit in line for two more hours. And so on until everything is correct according to your documents. There is no such thing in Brest in the VC! Correct the questionnaire as much as you want, and you do not need to wait for the ticket again. It's just... kind of. Get ready to spend the whole day here.
I am generally silent about the fact that each employee has her own criteria for compiling a questionnaire. One is suitable for a date in the yyyy-mm-hh format, the other requires to be changed to hh-mm-yyyy. It seems they're just bullying you and making you run back and forth.
Pros: Polite staff will prompt, explain and listen to you. But here's the trick: after registering on the vfs website and trying to log in to your account 100 times, you always come across "the account is blocked" Or am I stupid and doing something wrong with registration or is this such a joke?????? Will someone explain to me what it is?????? In general, I attach a photo of this joke
Perhaps this is the best visa application center. The staff is very punctual, they immediately offered to go without queuing separately from the whole crowd, so to speak, a waiting room, there are also two specialists for submitting documents. They even offered coffee and sweets . This service is charged at 140 rubles. But the day is not lost . Another huge plus is that I was booked for 9.30 , but when I submitted I lacked one document , they treated me competently , waited until I brought it . And willing , we moved in .
We were beaten in the premium gym! Paid 198 rubles
As a result, the visa is valid in Belarus!
The visa application center staff did not specify the address correctly!
The time was set at 15_30
1) Arrived at exactly this time. The queue is already 30 people. Question: Why did you set this time?
2) out of 16 windows, only 3 are working. What's the use of them?
3) they began to sell coupons for 200 rubles (under the guise of VIP)
First there is a VIP queue, then a regular queue. Why then give out time slots if the wait is 4 hours? Sell VIP in a separate window when the usual time slots are over
I haven't signed up for a month. The site is not working. Then he identifies and that's it. Confirmation emails are not coming. Maybe it's intentional. And as a result, if you try to sign up repeatedly, you are also blocked
You guys would have sorted out your servers. For 2024, it's ridiculous! It's impossible to sign up. It feels like they're about 15 years old. Why make such an authentication system if it doesn't work properly. To pass it is a miracle
There are a lot of people. The staff is very polite. Although it's a long time to wait, but the seats are comfortable and it's comfortable to be indoors.
The service is at a height, starting with security. The staff is polite and quite professional in matters concerning the visa. The location is super, near train stations, food outlets where you can culturally celebrate getting a visa. Both Poland and the visa application center are on top, I recommend it. By the way, be sure to make an appointment in advance....Center-- 5+
It is impossible to sign up. They are sent to the site.
You come in every day to see if there are any free entries. And then the site just stops letting you in and you can't even log in to your account. After a few hours, your account is blocked.

The agency, without warning us, for some reason made an appointment to apply for visas at this visa center through VIP.Taking an additional 170 rubles for this one.We came, in the order of the general queue, a group of 10-15 of us were taken to the VIP room.At the same time, there were only 3 people in the huge common room, who were served very quickly. In the VIP room, only 3 out of 10 booths worked. In one, they filled out a questionnaire, in the other, a cash register, and in the third they took fingerprints. Before taking it, we were pickled for 30 minutes. Then they started inviting me one at a time.In the first window, the program did not start and it was run for another 30 minutes. In the second, the cash register did not work at all, it was launched for 40 minutes, then they waved their hand and began to send payments to the cashier of the common room, where the cash register also worked every other time.In the third window, prints were taken 20 times. Then apply it this way, then apply it again, then apply it in another way.In general, we served in this hall for 4 hours, despite the fact that in the common room those 3-5 people were served in less than 30 minutes and there was no one. When asked why they took money from us for VIP, the staff pretended that they did not hear the question, but forgot the Russian language.Of course, no one returned the money to us.People, I have never seen such a brazen deception. If possible, avoid this place. And we will file a collective complaint
Visa application centers and travel agencies always receive an appointment earlier than they will be available on the website to ordinary people.
It is impossible for them to sign up without payment:(
That there were changes in the recording through the ISI, that there were none - you still have to try for weeks to catch at least some date in any of the available dialects.
There is nothing worse in Minsk. The fight is not with agencies, but with us. It has become simply impossible to get into the visa application center. You cannot sign up through the website. They're blocking us.
The staff is polite, but…
The waiting time leaves much to be desired, they are scheduled for 11.30, they are invited on time, but there is horror inside the people ... 27 people queue. Please set up the work of specialists.
2 hours waiting for an invitation to the window.
It's just awful! This is pure money laundering. nothing works,.. When trying to log in and view free slots. blocked.... Horror!! But there are plenty of offers about the service of recording in this visa center. The start of the price for the type of visa I am interested in starts from 600 rubles. What's going on!! P,S,",,,If the stars are lit, then someone needs it...."
After reading the negative reviews, I was ready to spend half a day there. But surprisingly everything went quickly, smoothly and even comfortably. At the entrance, a polite guard asked for the name, gave out a coupon and invited the managers to check the documents. At 9 a.m., the filing windows opened and documents began to be accepted. If anyone is interested, then courier delivery from Minsk to Grodno is 16.5 rubles. I didn't even expect to be able to do it so quickly. There were still a lot of people behind me, and of course they had to wait. After all, 10-15 out of 48 windows work at most. Only one of the 10 ticket offices is open. Be prepared to wait in the hallway, it's small and stuffy there. Right in the hallway, an obsessive young man was offering everyone insurance. You can also buy it at the visa application center itself.
Friendly staff, helped with paperwork. but! I paid for the express courier service - passport delivery on the day of issue. SMS about passport issuance came at 9 am, and the passport was delivered the next day. Just pumping out money.
I wanted to sign up for a work visa, there are no free places! When it is not known, there are some intermediary offices that book seats and try to lure 450r for an entry, and if there is no invitation yet, then your visa will cost 900r
The staff is pleasant. The big disadvantage is that there is nothing in front of the center to sit at least a little, since you have to stand in line for several hours. It's spacious inside and everything happens quickly.
I started getting negative comments and got ready to waste time and nerves - it didn't work out. The invitation was for 10:30-10:45. They are called on time, 10 minutes before the appointed time. 10:20, received the ticket, went into the hall. 10:53, the operator was called to the window. 11:07 finished the payment at the checkout and is free. About additional services: if you don't want it, don't take it. I ordered an SMS and filling out a questionnaire, for the price of only half a good hamburger. The only thing is, I went through the main entrance of the shopping center, I did not immediately understand where to go (there is a scheme there - through the parking lot). It is better to enter through another entrance, another one, it did not work to attach a photo, look for a picture with a pedestrian crossing on the already attached photos, we went in - elevator, floor 5. I am happy with the visit to the center.
p.n. Water, drink, in coolers and cups, for free. There is a window for the disabled (in particular, wheelchair users).
The site has not been working for two days, I go 100 times both day and night, it gives an error, why is this issue not being resolved??? The dispatcher says that there is an overload, and in addition to the site, it is impossible to sign up in any way, even with a personal arrival 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Prepare to wait a long time. I was on March 29th. I waited for 4 hours. There were about 58 people in front of me. But the staff are friendly and courteous.
A terrible service, a site that is always not working and lagging, which it is impossible to sign up for manually. According to them, everything works well for them, although you can't log into your personal account for 5 hours.
The service is terrible, the attitude towards customers is disgusting. While staying at the center, we faced constant deception from the head of the customer service department, Ekaterina. The air conditioners did not work in the hall, the windows were open for ventilation, turning to Ekaterina with a request to close the windows and turn on the air conditioners, Ekaterina replied that the air conditioners work with the windows open, there was a portable fan working in the parking lot in the ticket booth. There were about 100 people in the hall. There is a cooler with water in the center, but there were no glasses. After repeated requests to report the glasses, we heard from the staff that it was not their job to bring the glasses. The waiting in the queue for the submission of documents was more than three hours. The center has 47 booths for receiving customers, only nine and one cash register were working. Employees regularly went out to smoke on the parking lot, did some other work, but did not receive customers. When asked why this is happening, the head of the department replied that she has a lot of employees who are sick. We entered the Estonian visa application center on the sixth floor, the visitors were absent from the hall, the windows were closed and the air conditioner was working. Probably, on the part of the head of the department of the Polish visa center, this was done on purpose, so that her clients did not feel comfortable while waiting for their turn. Also, after asking Catherine some questions, they heard a constant deception in response. In general, the impression of the center is terrible.
First there is a VIP queue, then a regular queue. Then why give out time slots if the wait is 4 hours? Sell VIPs in a separate window when the usual time slots are over
The staff of this center does everything possible so that you do not get a visa through them, but contact third-party organizations and pay 600-900 rubles, and after that another 11 euros to the visa center itself. It is impossible to work with the site, because it simply does not work. The visa application center itself is an intermediary, but at the same time it has created a situation where people have to overpay several times. The support service does not respond to emails, which confirms that they do not want to resolve the issue of the inability to register through their website.
A wonderful place, very friendly staff, calm, everything is explained in an accessible way. Super, from the specialist at the entrance, to the manager. The only drawback for the transition paths, from the 3rd time I got to the right floor 😅
I don't know how the visa application center works, BUT it seems ABSOLUTELY unrealistic to apply there. I spent the whole day making an appointment through the website to submit documents to the visa application center and there was no point.
I called the call center, changed browsers, updated them, created different accounts. Bottom line: the day was just wasted (considering that the recording is only on Wednesdays). It seems that it is simply impossible to register without paying money to some company. The whole system is based only on financial gain. If you want to leave, pay for everything.
Thank you so much for the patience that the visa application center is experiencing due to the annoying treatment of citizens. The site and the team of computer scientists are not set up to work with citizens, but for corruption schemes. The queue you get into is just a mockery. Where is the Consulate looking? Such work of the center only discredits not only itself, but also the Polish Consulate. We need to put things in order. After all, people who come to you for help need it. Where is the humanity and decency? After all, for many you are very much the only hope.
I have never seen such work of visa centers in my life. I decided to go from my city to record in Minsk. They told me that only online registration works on Wednesdays, gave me a couple of pieces of paper with their numbers and mail, told me what a complete package of documents should be for submission. No question, I came home on Wednesday, started the registration process, and nothing works, I've already tried several phones and different browsers and mail, even on a computer, I just leaked 2 days of my life to nowhere for a trip there and for registration attempts. The robot that always throws you at the beginning answers the phone line, their email ignores my messages. It was as if I suddenly found myself on their blacklist. I'm trying to leave the country because of the danger, on a humanitarian visa, and here it is. Now I do not know what to do, and I will sit like in a bunker.
Fast and convenient!
There is parking, recording, call by number.
All documents can be prepared online and come with a printed version. A separate queue with children.
It's all good. Parking at the doors of the shopping center. There are always places. The VC itself is also good. There is a place to sit and wait in the middle. The employees are doing their job properly. Everything is normal.
Polite staff, it is better to come 20 minutes before the appointed time to register for a visa, the entrance is not from the main entrance, but from the entrance to the neighbors store, which is on the 3rd floor. Photos can be taken in the center.
Good service and very polite staff. It's just a pity that the reservation of a place on the site cannot be canceled, there are no problems with this in other visa centers.
You can get through, but it is unrealistic to make an appointment for a visa application. Everything is done only through an agency. The service is good, they will tell you if something is unclear. They are not very willing to consult on the phone.
There is a huge queue, you need to book 3 hours to visit the center, I don't understand why they set the time. More than half of the windows are closed, in order to get to the cash register, which is open alone when there is an influx, you need to sit for about an hour. This is not a service, but a misunderstanding, such establishments should die out with fair competition in the 21st century
