We changed the timing belt, bought a new one, after 2 months it crumbles, the valve bent, the engine broke, the hood was opened, there is a completely different belt... We call the boss and he says it can't be.... people are not repairing anything there, they will twist everything that is
A good car service. Attentive locksmiths . They don't just take money and always help themselves or with advice.
Very reasonable service rates. Good tire balancing.
I have been servicing my car for the fourth year now.
Well done to keep it up.
HUNDRED Polesskaya harbor - Horror!
I would like to warn readers against such situations. After all, the best experience is someone else's, from which a lesson has been learned. The situation is as follows. It was necessary to replace the engine in the car. Due to circumstances, it had to be done starting from 19.02. I called / wrote most of the service stations, etc. in order to find out the budget of the work and the opportunity to start on the 19th. Bottom line: prices from 200p to 450p. This is understandable. But when they are ready to start working from the right date, most of them “dropped out”. Of the remaining ones, combining the price / timing, I chose a HUNDRED (I can't turn my tongue to call this circus that now) “Polesskaya Gavan". I called to discuss the nuances in more detail. We discussed the entire front of work (replacing the engine with the transfer of attachments to a new one), their beginning (19.02), and (the “director" emphasized this, if he said it, it means iron) the upper “ceiling" of the cost (300 rubles). We also agreed on a discount for further diagnostics and suspension repairs (10-15%). Both sides of the agreement were satisfied with this state of affairs, it remains to be implemented. On the morning of 19, a car was pulled in, and the engine was brought in for lunch. I handed over the keys, they said that if they needed them, they would arrange it. On the morning of the 20th, they told me to bring inlet/outlet gaskets, oil and filter. Because I did not see any difficulties, I bought and brought an order + antifreeze for the future. It turned out that no one was engaged in repairs, blamed on the specifics of the work. And already on the 21st they called with a request to drive up with a registration certificate and sign the papers. Upon arrival, I saw that the car had only been moved to another place, but the work had not begun. The most interesting thing began in the director's room. I handed over the documents for registration and then some trash started. I do not take into account the deadlines for the start of work, they have been missed. All these days the price was 300p, and then it abruptly became 400p and this “director” does not remember the previous conversation and agreements at all. Something tells me that this price would not be finite either. To restore memory, he offered to listen to an audio recording of the negotiations (due to the peculiarities of the work, all conversations are written), explain that there is such a thing in the legislation as an “oral transaction” and it is not masculine to “twist your tail” like that. After listening to the recording, the situation only worsened. They refused service and tried to kick me out) If before that they just raised their voice at me, now outright rudeness has begun. As a result, unfortunately, I had to cool the person down a little with his own method of communication. In my subjective opinion, the person turned out to be limited in intelligence and simply did not understand what was happening, normal language and norms of behavior when communicating with people. Having extinguished the conflict, he left an entry in the book of comments and suggestions, informed that papers would be sent to the relevant departments, took the car, towed the car to another service station, ordered beads for transporting the engine there. It is worth paying tribute to the service employees, directly to the locksmiths. They loaded the engine on their own, for which I am grateful and sorry that they have to work with such a driver. Results: The car stood for three days, I went to them every day both to work and “on the way out” a spoiled mood and lost time, and what is important, extra fuss and a little extra spending. I will not recommend this institution to anyone, as well as communication with such a “director”, who, due to his limitations, cannot sensibly assess the situation and considers himself more cunning than the Odessa rabbi, elementary breeding for money when he assumes that the person is not going anywhere. And the most interesting thing is that this person, after reading this text, will not understand its message at all and, at best, will answer “the fool himself".
