We had a rest with family and friends here , I'll start with the fact that the guest house has a very good location and everything, cafes , shops, a dining room nearby, a Ferris wheel, the sea nearby.We arrived from the airport, there was no one at the reception, not a single living soul at all, we stood there for probably 50 minutes, we already went through all the floors, then the owner came down, I don't remember what his name was Uncle Vova, like, the rooms he showed us , it stank of sewage, he says for an additional fee from each family for 10 tr. another number , well , okay , we agreed, because we were with children and tired from the road .No one cleans the rooms, I washed the floors myself, dusted the balconies, they probably never washed them at all, the water runs from the toilet, there's a small window in the bathroom, it's impossibly stuffy and damp after a shower.They don 't change the towel either , I went into the room where everything is and changed it myself .Furniture definitely needs to be replaced with everything old .There's a porch upstairs, and it's a mess.In the kitchen , too, shit, the mice are a horror shorter . Definitely not recommended

A favorite family vacation spot. We have been vacationing here for years. Everything is fine, both the location of the hotel and the rooms, and the hospitable hosts. We really like to sit on the terrace in the evening, drink tea and watch the sunset. This is a separate kind of pleasure!

There was an ambiguous impression of the hotel, so the rating is average. Beautiful sea view from the roof of the hotel. It's generally very beautiful there.But the repair is tired. The towels are stained. There is no cleaning and garbage removal. I begged for toilet paper every time. And when I asked for two rolls at once, they refused. Funny. It's like I'm taking her home)) In general, we had a good rest, but I don't want to return to this hotel anymore. There are better places in Abkhazia.
