We had a rest from July 19-24. The room is on the 3rd floor, has its own bathroom. Poor water pressure. The water was turned off for the whole day. There's nowhere to wash after the sea. The sites say with a swimming pool, in fact it turned out to be paid 400 rubles per day per person. There is a kitchen with a microwave and a kettle, but there is no promised stove. Rather, there is, but it is forbidden to use it. The room has a smelly mattress, it is very unpleasant to sleep. The smell of urine and tobacco.We arrived late in the evening, instead of a duvet cover and blankets, we were given smelly synthetic bedspreads. The next day, at my request, they changed it. Galina is a pleasant and kind maid, but the rooms have 5 days without cleaning and you need to take out the garbage yourself. The view from the balcony is beautiful.

We usually rested in the summer at the Gazebo guest house, and in November of this year, our family went to Kyndyg for a couple of days to the springs, and for one night on the way back we decided to stop in Gagra, walk around our favorite places in the fall, arrived in the evening, the owners of the house were not in the Gazebo, we contacted the Shore of Dreams They refused, explaining that they accept from 3 days, and in Kyndyg, our neighbors told us about the Chaika Flight hotel, contacted Vladimir through watsab, he immediately called us back, a very friendly person, accepted us for a day without problems. I immediately contacted the maid. After having dinner in a cafe, we went on a Seagull Flight...excellent rooms, we chose for 1700...new furniture double bed, sofa, wall, coffee table. Room amenities, excellent renovation. We took a shower, changed our clothes and went for a walk around Gagra:Ferris wheel, cafe Pearl, went down to the sea. Before leaving the hotel, we approached the maid and asked what time the doors were closed, they explained to us that they would open at any time, so we went back in without any problems. You can write a lot more, but I would like to express my great gratitude to the owner of the hotel and the maid who was on duty these days, kind, respectful.. Only positive emotions, for 5+

The disgusting boorish attitude of the administrative staff towards the guests. Terrible unsanitary conditions, dust, dirt, smelly bed linen, disgusting smells everywhere. The whole company (10 people) caught rotavirus (another reason not to travel to the Russian-speaking Black Sea coast): vomiting, diarrhea (sorry for the details), and there is no water in the guest house for days! Completely! Neither hot nor cold. The staff did not meet us halfway, but asked us to collect water from the dirty pool on our own! Absolutely not worth the money.

I don't know what the Seagull did to the vodokanal, only there is water in all the houses around, but we don't! Take out the garbage yourself, change the laundry yourself. Beautiful view from the roof (completely unfinished and dangerous fences). There is a persistent mildew smell from the pool area. In the kitchen, the garbage is not in a hurry to take out, the smell in summer is also impressive.

04.07.2022 We arrived at this so-called "hotel". We were shown an overview of the number on the phone, saying that the number is not ready yet, we must wait. We left a deposit. And the horror that we saw in reality : the walls are painted like in a hospital, the room is 6 sq. m., they asked for 3 of them, but they gave two single beds, extra. the place would fit near the threshold, which was not even provided. So these are not pictures from the hotel on the website. The owner is generally not adequate, rude and does not communicate well with women and children. As a result, the money was not returned to us after 2 hours of waiting for the room.

A room on the third floor with panoramic Windows and sea views does not match the price and quality at all. 8,500 per night.
He is in a dark corridor, in which there is no light. The flashlight in the phone was turned on and only then got the key into the lock. Repairs and wires are everywhere. As I understood from the reviews from last year 2020, the owners did not finish anything. Eternal repair.
About Apartment 3B: The windows do not open. There is one tiny window that cannot be opened for plowing, only for ventilation, but nothing is ventilated. The wiring is not connected everywhere, if you want to sit in the dim light in the evening, then you will not get it in this room. Either turn on the toilet or the chandelier in all your 5 lamps. There are no night lights in the room. There is no skirting board either, because of this, all the wallpaper on the floor is stripped. There is a kettle in the room, but there are no glasses in the room. The air conditioner lives its own life. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. adjust it so that it does not blow up, it will blow (go do not blow) directly at you, or rather at the bed on which you are lying. In general, there is simply nothing to breathe in this room. A separate story about cutting off the light from 3-5 in the morning.during the day, they can be cut off, and sometimes there is not enough power and sockets are often cut off. Just imagine, the window does not open, the air conditioner does not work. After 15 minutes, this room is just a nightmare.
About the bathroom: There is nowhere to hang toilet paper in the toilet, only on the floor or on the toilet itself. There is a rusty Soviet hanger on which towels are offered to hang. There is no shower curtain, so the whole bathroom takes a shower. The mirror is good, large with backlight, only the backlight is not connected to it, the wires just stick out of the mirror. The husband was shaving with a phone flashlight in one hand and a razor in the other.One light bulb for the entire bath is three meters by three. There is not enough light. I didn't want this at all, and there was nowhere to hang them in the room, or on a rusty hanger (I had a rope with me, stretched it over two chairs and dried it).
Since the windows of the room overlook the embankment and the cafe, of course you can hear the entire repertoire from the street. At the same time, several different cafes turn on the volume at full volume and it turns out that you hear several songs at once. In the morning, from 7 o'clock, boats come up with an offer of excursions to the shore, or rather right to the windows of the apartment, they shout into a megaphone, you can hear very clearly where they are going and when they arrive)))
The same apartment 2B is below us, you can easily go to their balcony from the dining room. If you want to sit on the balcony, please go to the neighbors from below)))
About "breakfast is included". in a word, it is not tasty and expensive. We went once. Omelet with vegetables (you won't find them there)120₽,omelet without vegetables 80,tea (not tasty at all)30₽. It will probably surprise you, because breakfast is included in the price, but if you write directly to the guest house, not through well-known booking sites, Lena will write you the wrong price of this room (8000₽). Upon check-in, I clarified whether breakfast is included in the price of 8000rubles, she will say that breakfast is included, and when you come to "breakfast is included", she will already round her eyes and say that the room is discounted, so pay.
In the cafe "Pearl" I ran for an omelet and pancakes (2 pcs)with condensed milk for 120 rubles and tea is included in the same price.
We were very glad that we booked only 4 nights there. We left for our further journey from the "flight of the seagull" with joy))) I would not even advise the enemy to spend their leisure time there.
You can find a place nearby for much less money and much better conditions.

We had a rest with my husband from August 3 to 16 in double room 26. We really liked it, the room is clean, it has everything you need, hot water around the clock, a very comfortable bed to sleep in, the room is spacious. Very hospitable hosts, thank them very much!!! Friendly attitude and willingness to always help, give advice) the most important thing is the convenient location of the hotel, there are two exits: directly to the beach and the street) the beach is good nearby, the water is clean) the pebbles are not large, a sunbed, worth 100 rubles a day, you do not even need to take it. The price/quality ratio per room per day is optimal. There are 3 canteens nearby, they cook delicious food for a small price. We liked everything, we really recommend everyone to stay at the hotel "Flight of the Seagull"!

We left at 11:27 a.m. The repair in the room is quite decent, but the toilet drain handle was missing and we had to lift the drain valve with our hand in the tank. The shower curtain was missing. There is no refrigerator in the room, nor is there a kettle. There is no proper linen closet. Everything is on the floor or in the dining room. Instead of tea cups, they gave out one glass. Anyone who wants to plunge into the atmosphere of the Sovkovsky hostel is your option. The cost does not match the quality of the accommodation.During the eviction, the owners absolutely unreasonably, but strenuously wanted to increase the cost of living from 2.5 days to 3.5. I do not advise people who have visited foreign resorts.

1. There is no parking. A public street. In the summer, try to get in.
2. A more or less decent ground floor. On the second and third, repair problems begin. The raised floor covering. On the third, a leaking ceiling, a swollen Armstrong. There are imperfections everywhere, there is a room in which repair does not smell at all.
3. The barbecue area on the roof is just a laugh. There is just an unfinished construction site on the roof, Fenced off very symbolically. Cable scraps, hanging and drying clothes. By the way, no barbecues were found on the roof.
4. The dining room on the second floor overlooking the new colonnade is quite decent. It has access to a balcony. The balcony has no railing. It is very convenient to fall off it.
5. The maid Elena copes well with her duties.
6. There is no heating on the third floor. Splits blow very weakly, probably have not been serviced for a long time.
7. THE POOL IS COLD! Maybe it's good for summer, but in the off-season, 21 degrees- well, it's not that for children, it's a little harsh for adults.
