The guest house. The first floor has guest rooms, a common corridor, and the owners live on the second floor. About the same as in all similar guest houses in Georgia. We got into the "Polyglots" by accident, we were just brought from the street, but met with a good reception, a family room for 4 with a large double and bunk beds was the only one available and we occupied it together, but the four of us would probably be a little cramped. The beds were very comfortable, we slept well for two nights. In the common corridor there is a small hall with a sofa and an armchair, a large TV, a lot of channels, including in Russian, next to the kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. From the corridor we get to the backyard with a garden, there is a patio for relaxing with armchairs and a table, the entrance to another kitchen and, most wonderful of all, a pavilion with a fireplace, a large table and another kitchenette. There is a barbecue area, another one was built with us, on the other side of the garden. I describe everything in detail, because I always want to understand the structure of the hotel based on reviews. In my opinion, everything was wonderful. The hosts are pleasant and friendly, and we became friends with the hostess Lali. Will I choose this guest house again? Most likely yes))
It's a wonderful place. I can't imagine how you can live in hotels with a corridor system where there are many neighbors. Everything here is homemade, thought out to the smallest detail. A fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a toaster, a microwave, a sandwich press, a refrigerator. There is a hair dryer, iron, fumigator. The porch, courtyard and garden are cozy, everywhere there are armchairs, benches, tables, rockers, stumps, flowers. There is a separate covered barbecue area, more like a restaurant with a bar. It's very cool. The water is hot, the linen is clean, the batteries are working. The owner speaks excellent Russian, and it is very pleasant and interesting to talk to him. But no one will bother the guests. We come here for the second time, especially starting with Telavi and Polyglot. I really like the city. Walking is a pleasure.
The photos are not very good. They don't convey the atmosphere, it's not the same in the photo here, everything is different live.

An ideal place to relax with children. Lots of toys and the yard is perfect for small children. There are many gazebos, including a glazed one with a fireplace. A very comfortable place for a quiet holiday. We will definitely come again.
I really liked the hotel. There are many rooms, they are quite comfortable. I've been there 3 times, I really liked it. As for the owner, he is really a polyglot! He speaks Georgian, Russian and English, so you definitely won't have any problems :) There is a small garden and a playground on the street, where children will have a place to play. There is a veranda and three kitchens: the first in the house, the second in a small house and the third in another part of the house, gently pass through the garden. In the kitchen in another part of the house there is a fireplace, a huge table for 15 people. Obviously, I really liked it, you'll like it too, I'm sure!
A great place to stop on a trip. Quiet, clean, cozy. A variety of rooms. A gorgeous courtyard with a garden and a seating area. Neighbor George conducts wonderful tours of the Alazani Valley in his car. The center of Telavi is 10 minutes' walk away.
Very nice hotel, I recommend it. The host speaks Russian, Georgian and English, which is already a plus. There is also a lot of space, cozy rooms. The street has its own kitchen, something like a veranda and a garden with a small playground. There is also a kitchen in the room itself. I recommend it!
A cozy private hotel. The hosts are very welcoming. The only disadvantage is the distance from the city center, although all the distances there are small.
