I would like to say the following about this company - the first impression is good, BUT, as usually happens, it may turn out to be erroneous. That's what happened in our case.
I'll start over. We contacted the Art House on the issue of printing business cards. After reviewing the majority of printing companies, we chose this center, we had a pleasant impression from the company's website, as well as that the variety of printing is for every taste and for every purse. We decided to start by printing business cards in this center. We approached the issue of the business card very responsibly, we developed the layout ourselves, taking into account all the recommendations that are listed on the company's website and provided them to the printing center. We asked the company's employees to take a look at the layout and suggest the best printing option, and maybe make their recommendations about it, because they know better how paint, color rendering, etc. will fall on a certain paper. We were assured that everyone would prompt and help. Moreover, there is a service like layout adjustment, as again indicated on the website.
but!!! Our request was treated very irresponsibly and negligently. It is a pity that the incompetence of employees spoils the face of the company so much! Without any recommendations or comments, the layout was simply sent to print!
It turned out that the font we chose, with this printing method, turned out to be very blurred and difficult to read. Once again, I note that we asked to look at the layout! After all, people who do printing every day understand perfectly well how it will look in reality!!! As a result, we received business cards on good paper, BUT with text that needs to be carefully looked at to see the information!
As a result, more than 700 UAH were wasted! I wonder if if it was 7000, would the ratio be the same?
It's a pity, but our company planned to become a regular customer of this printing center. It is good that we ordered such a small number of business cards, which showed all the quality of the work of this company!
A huge request to the management - if your employees make mistakes in their work, then this should not affect the customers in any way!!!
