Let's start with the very first stage of hospitalization, when sick people sent for treatment are pickled for hours in the emergency room, I registered two, maximum three people per hour. The day before, they called and demanded to be on the spot at 8.30. I got into the ward at 13.40. During placement, the nurse slipped a mattress soaked in blood and urine, when he pointed it out to her and demanded to be replaced, she giggled stupidly and searched for a normal mattress for about an hour. Even then, the idea of the adequacy of the medical staff of the department crept in. Two days later, a fatal case occurred in the department, a seriously ill woman vainly called for a medical officer (a young guy) who was absent from his post, apparently sleeping off somewhere after a "hard" day's work. Then she fell silent. We found out in the morning that she had died. My doctor's appointments also raised questions. With severe swelling, I prescribed an antibiotic, one of the side effects of which is swelling. It seems that these facts are enough to give the lowest rating. Although in fact they should not be given 1 star, but should be put on trial for such an attitude towards patients and their direct duties.
