You have both a therapist and a nurse with her, who should provide medical support for my children at the 19th precinct. Zhumanova Zhanat Agabekovna and nurse Zhuldyz of this area, who are rude to patients. They should never be allowed to work with patients. They don't know their job, and they also don't know how to handle patients. They couldn't do the elementary school certificate correctly. I conduct a full checkup with my children every year. But I can't do that with this doctor. Since they don't even let you go to their office, they treat you as if you came to their house. I wrote a complaint about them, but as I understand it, everything remains the same. I'm asking the management to calm down their doctor and nurse. It's their job. My children should receive free medical care. If the management does not take action, I will complain about them through you. I have a full video of how they treat patients. Specifically, to me. TAKE ACTION AND LET THEM GIVE MY CHILDREN DIRECTIONS.

She provided invaluable assistance during my recovery from a serious accident, took over the solution of all complex issues related to paperwork and overcoming bureaucratic obstacles. The therapists who took me in never knew the answers to many professional questions, which is very sad and only Yulia Nikolaevna, as it turned out, can help them. She is ready to listen and offer optimal solutions to problems, and also shows sincere concern for her patients. I am deeply grateful to her for her professionalism and support.
