Good afternoon!
We really like the clinic because, basically, it is the Professionals in their field who work there.
And especially: Alexander Ivanovich Bushkevich is a storehouse of knowledge based on evidence-based medicine, always developing and keeping pace with modern medicine (emphasis: scientifically proven medicine!); he will never prescribe too much, he always has a detailed examination of the patient, answers all questions (even those that have not yet been asked but "they were on the tongue"), always tactful, with appropriate humor, knows how to get along with children and their parents.
And when Alexander Ivanovich is absent (for example, on vacation), we have to go to other doctors ... and alas, there are also those who, well, prescribe a lot of things because of an ordinary cold (yes, we have to go to the polyclinic because of a cold to take a sick leave..and it happens), every arrogance is felt...
BUT recently, during the absence of our respected and beloved pediatrician Alexander Ivanovich, we got to the pediatrician Baranova Olga Vladimirovna - oh, how cool she is too! Only evidence-based medicine and a very reverent approach. It's great that our 16th children's clinic is being replenished with such specialists!
I also really want to mention the specialists who take blood for analysis - well, they communicate so sweetly with children, and they always do it quickly and clearly!
And vaccinations! In the vaccination office, we always meet only professionalism and friendliness.

We were very lucky with the pediatrician, O.A. Grinkevich.
All appointments are really on the case, sooo responsible and remembers every little patient. Keeps up with the times!
I also want to mention the girl from the vaccination center, it feels like I got into a paid medical center, super attitude to children, finds an approach.
The last name seems to be Hard, I don't remember exactly.

Compared to other children's clinics that I know, 16 are just super. For 2'5 years, there have never been any problems. Pediatrician Olga Dmitrievna is already like a family to us, she will always help, prompt and explain everything clearly. All doctors have a good attitude towards children.

It's a great clinic, I really like our doctors and nurses! They are always polite, answer all questions, and did not have to communicate with the management. Sometimes there are queues, sometimes there are not, but this is not a problem for employees and the institution itself. The examination was never refused. There is a place for strollers, Parking, an elevator, the building itself is clean and tidy.

Yes, of course, it happens that you need to sit out the queue. But there are no complaints about the work of the employees themselves. As well as the help desk - they will always find time, write it down, advise. There has never been such a thing that was treated with disrespect and did not help. From the first call, all issues are resolved. Doctor Romanovskaya A.A. and nurse Zhuk L.N. (8th precinct) are professionals in their field. Responsive, attentive. They always go to a meeting. People who know their job and do it conscientiously. Whatever question you come to the reception with, you always leave with the understanding that you were heard and helped. The surgeon doctor Lokotkov is generally a love - love. A doctor from God. In general, I can say that I do not understand the negative reviews at all. Even after visiting the treatment room, you leave it on the positive side with the whole family. There are nuances everywhere. But Specialists work in this clinic. Let's say this - not a problem-free children's clinic! By the will of fate, my child and I have to live there. The catastrophic shortage of professional medical personnel affects all work and logistics, which in turn leads to difficulties and emotional outbursts. The replacement of doctors is clearly very elderly and is going slowly. There are no complaints at all about the nurses and doctors themselves, as they squeeze out all their strength to do a titanic job with such a small amount. Only internal organization and self-sacrifice saves this clinic. Maybe in the future, the Ministry of Health will turn its close attention to polyclinic 16 and pour new young personnel there, making electronic queues so that there is no pandemonium in the corridors. There are many tasks, everything cannot be described. Small and large residents of the district are hopefully waiting for positive changes and would be glad not to get sick, but if this happens, then I would like to receive qualified help quickly, efficiently and on time. We are still growing up, it will not be soon for us to reach an adult polyclinic, so please try to become better! We believe in you! Don't let me down!
