Three or four years ago, I went to this clinic to see a pulmonologist, I immediately noticed that there was a responsible doctor there. I don't go there anymore, because I go to the second polyclinic on Belova Street.
It is possible to improve the service with blood tests. The doctor writes what to do, and the laboratory throws something away. The direction is not stored. You can't prove anything, you have to sit in a long queue again and take the test again.
The clinic itself doesn't seem to be bad, but the approach to patients is not always the best. And the system of issuing an electronic queue does not work for all offices, you have to borrow live.
