I would like to express my gratitude to the head of polyclinic No. 2 Arzamastseva Elena Alexandrovna! He is a doctor with a capital letter, an excellent specialist, a wonderful leader and a very good person!!! Thank you very much for your hard work, responsiveness and kind attitude towards people!
Recommendation to the head of the polyclinic No. 2 Sverdlov str. 8. Teach your great doctors therapists or general practitioners, when visiting a sick patient at home, it is advisable to come in clean clothes.and not in work jackets, like plumbers, teach them to wash their hands in every apartment there is water and soap, and doctors visit different patients is it really hard to wash your hands once again, it is desirable that doctors take off their outerwear jacket when visiting if they arrived in it, and not in a bathrobe. In general, it is desirable that they be polite, because a person is sick and wants to hear positive words from a doctor, soothing ones. And so the doctor comes to the call and is silent, wrote out a prescription and left.
Dental children's department!!! Terrible attitude of the staff. They talk in such a tone that you might think that you have come to the boss... The service is not what.. I will not name names, but if you are reading, know that everything will come back to you like a boomerang. Learn how to talk to people.. And you put seals on Russian-made children with a 3-month warranty!!!!!! (Funny, that's free medicine for you). Doctors are rude.. I do not recommend treating children's teeth there...

This is the clinic where I work.
I always get lucky with good people. There are such in the clinic. They are very responsive, especially in the treatment room.
The building requires major repairs both from the outside and from the inside. My sister needs to undergo a medical examination at the camp. We go into the building, approach the reception desk and. Oh, a miracle - there is no one there! Then a woman came up and was talking on the phone, simultaneously sorting through some paper. HORROR IN ONE WORD!
05/26/2020 my mother went to this clinic with acute pain. The neurologist does not accept additional coupons. With acute pain, she was offered an appointment on May 29 for June. Only a therapist could accept her. She made an appointment with a neurologist on June 2, but was unable to get up that day. On June 03, she was taken to the intensive care unit. She died on June 6. There are no such censorious words that these people and the entire medical system deserve.
