I really like our polyclinic. Especially our wonderful pediatrician O.V. Samokhovets, very kind, responsive, competent. He always comes to the call with a smile, even if one child is ill, he will always pay attention to the second child. Also on the site is a wonderful nurse Natalia Alexandrovna, to whom you can always turn for advice or help. Thank you.
Disgusting, in particular, the doctor Anishchenko. A doctor was called to the house on Monday, because the child had a high fever on Sunday and on the night from Sunday to Monday. The doctor came to the appointment and said that there was no fever now, no sick leave was needed. To say that I was shocked is not to say anything. Yes, my daughter is 12 years old, but leaving her alone with a temperature of 38.9 is somehow scary. When asked to take a sick leave, the doctor grimaced and said to come to the doctor on Wednesday, literally: "For an appointment on Wednesday and HAVE RESPECT, GO TO the CLINIC YOURSELF" What is this all about? Did I call a doctor for a child with nothing to do? What does respect have to do with it? She had a temperature under 39 at 7 a.m. Yes, we shot her down and there was no fever by the time Anishchenko arrived. But what kind of doctor's attitude is this? I stayed for 4 minutes, I was rude, showing with all my appearance that you, they say, mom, were impudent to talk about the hospital.
I wanted to express my regret about the negative experience with pediatrician Anishchenko.
Anishchenko's doctor came to the home of a child who was suffering from a high fever (38.5), and her attitude was unacceptable, communication was rude and tense. She showed disrespectful behavior by bursting into the house (slamming the door with all her might) and starting communication not with the words "Hello", but with threats to my address: "Where should I go? Why didn't they call a doctor earlier?" At the same time, unbeknownst to her, she went to the carpet in the living room in wet shoes. The doctor conducted an examination in just 2-3 minutes, and did not ask important questions about the symptoms and nature of the disease (when the first symptoms of the disease began, how many days the temperature lasts, what kind of cough). The doctor only looked at the throat and listened to the child. Her attitude created stress, where the child experienced obvious fear.
The doctor did not follow all the necessary precautions, only treated her hands with antiseptic. But what about using a mask and shoe covers? This is a concern, especially when it comes to visiting a weakened child.
Despite the fact that the doctor came quickly, her behavior and lack of empathy made this visit negative and even harmful to the child's condition. The child was horrified by such an unpleasant visit.
I hope the administration will take measures to ensure that doctors communicate with young patients tactfully and respectfully, and do not cause injury to their mental health.
