Adequate people do not always sit in the registry, they are rude, they do not respond willingly, they raise their voice. Aldanova's doctor did not even deign to write me a proper medical history certificate. Why keep such people. Adequate doctors are leaving. The heads of the doctor are absolutely wonderful people. What can I say: I give 5 stars to the central polyclinic. I give 2 stars to the 3rd polyclinic. 2 polyclinics - 1 star. The registry is the first thing the patient sees (they were rude on the first day, although I just brought an extract from the former polyclinic). While I was standing in line at the reception for 17 minutes, it turned out that every 2nd lost a card and they need to get new ones. From the minuses of standing people, I learned that many doctors are not there (according to some woman), from the pluses I learned that there are as many as 3 offices for blood (apparently this is here recently)

But I came to leave a positive comment, as my family is grateful to Dr. Chigryai. The mother-in-law is 75 years old, as she coughed and the temperature rose to 37, she immediately called a doctor. Chigryai heard the onset of pneumonia and was not mistaken, he insisted on hospitalization. The diagnosis was confirmed at the hospital. Thank God it's over.
Dr. Kaleeva is also wonderful there, good nurses.
I will also note the work of gynecologists. When I was pregnant, I didn't notice any queues or bad attitude.
And when my recumbent relative was ill and a situation arose that was not entirely clear, even the head came to make a diagnosis. He calmly told and explained everything.
There is a huge workload for doctors in this clinic, especially since patients are a priori a complex contingent (with sores and a bad mood) How can burned-out doctors still find the strength to be nice?
