Registration for a driver's medical examination by phone in 2 weeks. I passed from 12:30 to 15:00, most of the time I was sitting in line. Have with you 2 3x4 photos, a certificate from a narcologist, an extract from a polyclinic, a passport and a military record and 18-21 rubles to pay at the cash desk (after all, free medicine) For a ready-made certificate, come from 16:00 to 18:00 on the same day
