He sent me first to an oncologist with an incorrectly written referral, did not even put a seal on me, I was turned around and had to wait another month for another coupon and run back to him to rewrite the referral. Then I prescribed some expensive ointment, after that I still deigned to ask if I would like to remove it? I finally figured it out. He signed me up for a consultation with a surgeon at the hospital, but when I said that I couldn't do it that day, and whether I could somehow make an appointment for another one, he replied that he couldn't help me in any way. That is, if you can't on this day, then that's your problem. I just left him with nothing and in complete shock. I wasted almost a month and a half of time going to see him and achieved nothing! Is this a normal doctor? Do they even look at who they're hiring?

Everything is with a smile, everything is polite, the examination is attentive, I received directions for all necessary tests and examinations without any problems. But the girls at the reception were most impressed - no rudeness, they wrote down where they needed to with jokes and smiles, they met us halfway so that it would be as convenient as possible to pass all the prescribed examinations with the least number of visits to polyclinics. In short, well done. There are many patients, we are all different, sometimes it can be difficult with us. Thank you for your professionalism, understanding and participation. I didn't regret a minute that I applied here first, and not immediately to paid clinics, as I originally planned. I saved money, and the service is no worse, the only thing is an old building, I want, of course, repairs, but this is a secondary issue.
