But the girls at the reception were most impressed - no rudeness, they wrote down where they needed to with jokes and smiles, they met us halfway so that it would be as convenient as possible to pass all the prescribed examinations with the least number of visits to polyclinics. In short, well done. There are many patients, we are all different, sometimes it can be difficult with us. Thank you for your professionalism, understanding and participation. I didn't regret a minute that I applied here first, and not immediately to paid clinics, as I originally planned. I saved money, and the service is no worse, the only thing is an old building, I want, of course, repairs, but this is a secondary issue.

Then I prescribed some expensive ointment, after that I still deigned to ask if I would like to remove it? I finally figured it out. He signed me up for a consultation with a surgeon at the hospital, but when I said that I couldn't do it that day, and whether I could somehow make an appointment for another one, he replied that he couldn't help me in any way. Хочется отметить безупречную работу опытных врачей отношение которых радует, работа которых заслуживает уважения и благодарности:
врач эндокринолог и заведующий хирургическим отделением- врачи которые слушают, вникают в проблему, направляют и действительно помогают разобраться в проблеме, назначают лечение а соответствии заболевания. Искренне благодарю

Но некоторые сотрудники это просто произведение искусства. Настолько чудесные люди, что способны парой слов с очаровательной интонацией чуть ли не довести до слез. Думаю, врачам стоит посещать психолога и/или психотерапевта и научиться общению с людьми.
Я знаю, что встречаются неадекватные пациенты. Но это едва ли является поводом повышать голос на всех подряд.

Можно сказать что поликлиника аля СССР. Врачи злые. В основном отказывают в обслуживании даже если ты болен. Раньше было лучше. Единственное что там хорошее так это кафе и аптека. Врачам хотелось бы напомнить про клятву Гиппократа.
Если уже серьезно чем то заболел лучше в больничку обращаться. Если вам просто нужен больничный - то пожалуйста. Очереди, отсутствие талонов, все какое то совдеповское. Отношение врачей как у кого. Особо никто не торопится вас лечить. Хирурги вообще класс, как будто плевать на все и всех:(

Поликлиника хоть и старенькая, но внутри все выглядит по обычному, персонал отличный, внутри все чистенько. Врачи работают отлично. Очереди хоть и бывают, но быстро рассасываются.
Это моя поликлиника! Не очень хорошая.... Хирурги ужасные(((отношения к поциэнтам не очень (((терапевты не лечат, а только бумажки пишут((((когда идешь на больничный, сам себя лечишь(((а тебе ещё нужно бегать каждый день в больницу, а не лечиться (((кароче 50на50 поликлиника!!!!!
Часто пользуюсь физио процедурами,посещаю невролога,физио терапевта.Отношение к пациентам отличное,всегда выслушают,вежливое общение.Всегда чисто,вот только кушетки,куда нужно ложиться,очень скрипят,наверное пора их заменить.
Женщина на заборе крови явно ненавидит свою профессию и всех пациентов. Других объяснений как можно так больно и со стабильным синяками брать кровь из вены просто гет
Ну, кто тут обслуживается, тот поймет столь низкую оценку. Видимо врачей конкретно этой поликлиники так нагружают бумажной работой, что до пациентов им дела абсолютно нет. Самому надо выпрашивать лечение: просится на снимок, предлагать выписать определенные лекарства. Талоны к специалистам достать - что-то нереальное. К Лору-окулисту-хирургу чуть ли не на месяц вперёд очереди.
Оставил бы только терапевтов,а остальные просто не нужны. Хирурги ставят диагноз уже у двери. Лечиться у невролога будешь если тебя перекосит как ДЦП,а иначе не как. Кто здесь был тот поймет.
Ужасное отношение, все перекладывают работу друг на друга, никто не хочет работать, очереди километровые. К каждому врачу по 2 часа минимум в очереди нужно отсидеть по талону со временем!!! Три недели не могли поставить диагноз почему болит запястье. С горем пополам добилась снимка, только через звонок на горячую линии горздрава. В итоге в рентгенкабинете меня чуть не выставили, т. к. по их мнению заведушая не должна была давать направление на снимок. И снимок делать без талона не хотели. Отношение ужасное, не лечат, а калечат людей.
Находясь на больничном ,записалась к доктору на приём,пришла заняла очередь,в итоге мне надо к другому доктору .С температурой отстояв в очереди ,вынуждена опять стоять в другой кабинет.Ужасное отношение ,вводят в заблуждение .Одна вешалка на 40 человек .Талоны не по времени ,где можно выздоравливать в таком скопище людей..
