I recently went to an ophthalmologist with an eye injury, before that I only went to a medical examination for 7 years.
Many thanks to Olga Zagorskaya for her attitude to patients and competent treatment, I did not think that I would come to such a place with pleasure.
I do not agree with the repair reviews :if the money is not allocated, should doctors do everything at their own expense? The equipment purchased for paid services was dragged away to the sixth.
Conclusion:all the jambs with cards, queues, analysis and-this is a typical case of all institutions, and not specifically the fifth.
KOZLOVA N.G. is a terrible therapist, does not respond to the comments of the administration, does not respond to the words of people, argues, refuses to accept patients during their working hours, waiting 2 hours, provided that no patient has entered the office. ADMINISTRATION, TAKE ACTION!
Sitting and sitting in your pants, there might be a good doctor in this place instead!
Very bad polyclinics, I came to take a sick leave, they refused me medical help, they said that they were healthy, while the doctor wrote to me angrily that I did not come at 17.00 but at 18.50 it is outrageous that the doctor is being deceived, they do not want to work, very rude communication with patients, it seems to me that when I die they will not help anything they will say again healthy, very indignant, sorry, but people's nerves are not made of steel either!
In my opinion, most of the old doctors who should have retired a long time ago should be fired, they are not fulfilling their duties!!!!
My visit to this clinic turned out to be a complete disaster. I asked for help hoping for professional service, but instead I was faced with complete dissatisfaction and lack of responsibility on the part of the staff.
When I asked the therapist to write a description, I was redirected to the registry, where the description was written by the administration staff. This has already caused me serious doubts about the professionalism of this clinic.
But the worst was yet to come. When I went to the therapist to perform his duties, he began to look for excuses to avoid work. His indifference and lack of interest in my problems was simply amazing.
Such a doctor does not deserve the trust of patients and a place in a medical institution. The dismissal of such staff is a necessary measure to ensure quality medical care and maintain patient confidence. I hope that the administration of the clinic will take appropriate measures after reading my review.
It's a terrible clinic. Rude staff, lost medical records. Mothers are always waiting in line. We stood for an hour, as a result, several people walked in front of us without waiting in line.
If you plan to undergo a driver's medical examination and you are a resident of Bolbasovo, take an extract to Bolbasovo and Baran immediately, otherwise you will ride all day!! The Chairman of the commission works only until 11.00
A good clinic, but I would like to have a good repair checked there, it has probably been done there for a long time, the floors are all creaking, the slopes on the windows are terrible, it feels like they smeared their hands without tools.
My native polyclinic, there are almost all doctors, they do their jobs normally, but damn, how can the state allocate money for an unnecessary ice palace, so yes, but how to repair a clinic that is collapsing inside and looks terrible? So no. And so, the doctors are normal, tired, but mostly friendly.
I have no idea what people think about when they write bad reviews about the clinic. We have been going to this clinic with our family for many years - qualified doctors, excellent service. There is no problem to take a ticket at the reception , they will advise and give directions .
I passed the driver's commission. Four stars for doctors only. The building is asking for repairs from the inside. Queues at certain offices. The commission was completed in half an hour.
I entered the clinic as soon as I got to the USSR! The renovation has been preserved almost completely since then. I was pleased with the lack of queues, but the reason for this is not clear.
The clinic remained in the 19th century. All times of the USSR. Half of the doctors are gone. As always, there are problems with the queue. As it was alive, so it remained. Coupons are for show.
So-so service, even paid. There are queues everywhere, even at the reception you can stand for half an hour. Some doctors are incompetent to the point of absurdity
The building is literally falling apart, plaster and whitewash are falling from the ceiling and falling in pieces. No one has heard about repairs here for years.
On Saturday, December 25, the therapist expresses dissatisfaction with the fact that I dared to come to the appointment (with a fever, by the way). And the doctor had to stop drinking tea, and come down to me (I waited for her at a closed office for 15 minutes, and called the registry office to find her and send her to work), to work a little.
Doctors prescribe tests, which later they don't even look at. Because the question "How are the tests?" They're sending nurses to pick them up. What's the point, then, that they send people with colds for these tests?
They close the flu sick leave after 1 day without fever, with a residual cough, runny nose and headaches. A day later, I have to open the hospital again, with a temperature of 39, infecting several more colleagues.
Of course, there are responsible, excellent specialists, special thanks to them for their work. It's a pity that they have to work in such conditions. In an emergency building.
Today, a doctor was called to the retired parents at home. Rozin D. G. has arrived. What can I say? My parents have a fever for 7 days, a doctor (a professional! ) I didn't even measure my blood pressure and didn't listen. Standing in the doorway, he gave out recommendations that no pills should be taken-it will pass by itself, and when asked to write a referral for tests and a picture, he replied, come to my clinic, I don't have a pen or a leaf with me. Dear administration of polyclinic No. 5, please give it to a doctor (a professional! ) paper and pen for the rational work of a doctor and official transport.
Today it was "lucky" to get an appointment at the polyclinic number 5 in Orsha to the obstetrician-gynecologist Orlova Elena Gennadievna. I came to have a postoperative examination on the recommendation of the doctor who operated on me a month ago.
Orlova was received in jeans and a shirt, without even a hint of a bathrobe or special clothes. The "doctor" did not have a mask. After receiving my card, the "doctor" read the discharge from the hospital in which the recommendations were written. After that, ignoring the gynecological kit (which I held in my hands, confident that a postoperative examination in the chair was necessary) Orlova began to prescribe medications for me (???) To my question, what are they for, She answered, to prepare the body for an early pregnancy. Further, the "doctor" gave me recommendations of the following nature: "You need to get pregnant as soon as possible. While the body is under stress, everything should work out well. If not WITH HER HUSBAND, THEN WITH HER LOVER, but time cannot be dragged out." I asked again if this was a DOCTOR's RECOMMENDATION, to which they agreed. I objected that the doctor who performed the operation recommended that I protect myself for 6 months after it, allowing the body to prepare, and only then plan conception. To which Orlova objected that I had "found someone to listen to" and stated that she did not like patients like me... who come to her but do not agree to obey her!!! I got up, took the kit, told Orlova that her job was not to "love" me, but to inspect me, which she did not do. And I left. And at the moment it became clear to me why there are 1-2 coupons for other gynecologists of this polyclinic for the next week, and there are more than 30 free coupons for Orlova. The "doctor" does NOT examine patients, prescribes medicines WITHOUT receiving tests, is rude to patients, gives recommendations about conception out of wedlock.
And, I would add that when passing a medical examination, this "doctor" also does not examine patients, but simply asks if there are any complaints and that's it.
Complete the "die or die" quest 👎👎👎
Unfortunately, this is our burden ... we have to periodically contact this institution!
The staff is mostly like in all clinics "boorish".
If you need to close the hospital, then they send you from the dirty zone to the clean one on the top floor))) (funny)
The waiting time is forever!

For the last 20 years, the same doctors have been working both at the reception and at the registry, and these last 20 years they have been retired. This is about therapists
It is difficult to characterize - there are many positive things (the sensitive and attentive attitude, most likely, of many doctors towards patients), and there are "unintentional" offers to use paid services if the patient does not have the opportunity to spend money on queues ...
I also truly know when people died within a radius of 100 meters from the polyclinic - 7-8 years ago, a woman she died at the Polyclinic No. 5 bus stop, presumably from a stroke (help went to her for about an hour), in 2019, a male BELZHD driver went to withdraw money from an ATM in a queue fell unconscious, the ambulance did not arrive in 10 -20 minutes, pronounced death.
I passed the driver's commission, in a little more than 1 hour, I passed everything. There's a bit of a queue for the shark. As it is, everything is in working mode.
I give 5 stars only to the surgeon! Only here I found a paid consultation with a surgeon! In general, the building is dead! It's time to make major repairs so that the doctors can work normally.
Today 07. 09.2020
I've been sitting under room 233 for 3 hours now. I ordered a ticket to the doctor by phone, but they said since the temperature and throat hurt, then the ticket is not needed, but go straight to 8:30 in the 233rd office. The queue is going very slowly (although I was 5th). From 9:00, some patients began to be admitted for smears, from 9:30 - some on sick leave. This is what kind of idiocy is going on in this medical institution, dying patients are forced to sit for 3 hours under the office. The next step I will take is to write a letter to Vitebsk (the authorities) and let them sort it out there.
Of course, there are good people, but there are also those who do not know their duties and the organization of queues is simply "gorgeous".
Withdrawal pay the money and go to a private clinic.
Ctg is impossible to burn. It seems that there are few pregnant women in Orsha, only three places.
They advised me to call an ambulance to do CTG without any problems.
A good person and a kind attitude towards patients, we are happy to accept and help

Terrible service, no one wants to work!
They always lose their cards, then they can't find them.
All doctors don't care if you have a crown or not, they don't even want to take swabs to level 1 contacts, everyone is yelling like cavemen, freaking out, maybe it's time to take an early vacation?!
The ugly attitude towards patients , there is not enough good verification of this wonderful clinic .
It's a mess. That's why you can't find it.then you won't be able to get to the reception. Narrow. Spec. No .And they don't want to change the direction to Vi ebsk iMinsk
Do not go to treat your teeth! It's only going to get worse. They pulled out my tooth and broke two next to it. They put a seal on for a couple of days
Many narrow specialists are not available. There is an acute shortage of medical equipment. The repair and behavior of half of the nurses remained at the level of the USSR. Many specialists (ENT, surgeon, etc.) go on vacation, and there is no replacement for them. They ask for a month or more to postpone illness or medical examination ...
Compared with other polyclinics in the city, this is the worst.
The doctor's appointment does not always start on time, the registrar does not have complete information about the appointment and consultation of doctors. The work is not coordinated,
It's generally tough, but it's probably more of a problem for the leadership of the country itself. The cadres of doctors are really cadres. The attitude towards the patient leaves much to be desired. I was there a couple of years ago. The children's department is coping with their duties.
