I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff of the physiotherapy department of the Grodno city polyclinic No. 6 for their high professionalism, sensitivity and attentive attitude to patients.
I would especially like to note the friendliness, the effectiveness of treatment, an accessible explanation of the procedure to each patient, the speed of service, and the well-coordinated work of the team.
I wish you good health, success in your work and grateful patients!
I would like to express my gratitude to Anastasia Alexandrovna Chistyakova, a general practitioner, for her sensitivity and professionalism. The doctor was very attentive to my condition and thanks to her prompt actions, we managed to avoid serious consequences! Grateful patient Kalinevich Anna Mikhailovna.
I do not recommend passing a driver's commission in this clinic. The commission works only two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday), each of them for three hours - from 16:00 to 19:00. During these three hours, it is necessary to have time to run around all relevant specialists (this is feasible) and a therapist (unrealistic). On November fifth, from half past three to five, I managed to leave the pre-medical office (all tests, ECG, fluorography were done beforehand), stand in line and get to the neurologist, ENT, ophthalmologist and surgeon and go take a turn to the therapist. I left the clinic at seven without his conclusion, because during those two hours in the queue I did not get to him. From my observations, the queue in front of his office was gathered before four, when the appointment begins and decreases during the appointment only due to patients who are tired of waiting. From five to six, the therapist saw four people at most, while in the last hour she made an attempt to clear the queue and took most of the rest, spending three minutes each. As a result, in addition to those who could not stand the endless waiting in line and left it, by seven in the evening, when the doctor finished the appointment, there were ten more people left under the office. Considering that the driver's commission is a paid service, I believe that such an irregular reception, when the only therapist does not have time to accept all those who apply, is an excellent indicator of the overall work of the clinic. This problem could be solved either by increasing the time of admission, or by allocating an additional specialist, or by reducing the possible number of people who applied for help, or by controlling the time spent on each applicant. It is obvious that the management of the polyclinic does not want to do any of the above, and therefore, those who do not have an appointment with a therapist today will create queues for the next appointment of the driver's commission. When I was in the queue, they shared that they were trying to get to the commission's therapist for an appointment for the third time, but in order to achieve this, you need to come and keep a queue under the office two hours before the start of the appointment. Ten times I managed to regret that I even went to this clinic (at the place of residence) for a certificate, I'm not going to undergo a medical examination here until the end (and spend an insane amount of time). It's just a pity for the wasted time and money (18p for the appointment of five specialists).
I had a driver's medical examination today. The appointment was conducted by the therapist Kuropatskaya. I had a terrible reception. I took it very slowly. One person for about 15 minutes. I sat in line for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
My blood pressure has risen. When I got to the appointment, she was very nervous and shouted at the patients. As a result, she sent me for an additional ECG, although the previous one did not exceed the deadline. And she raised her voice and allowed herself harsh statements. Kuropatskaya is not a competent doctor. The whole queue was very indignant.
I broke my finger, went to the emergency room, was discharged from the hospital, came to the 6th polyclinic at my place of residence, applied to the registry with a request to get an appointment with a doctor, and they call me:- Are you signed up?)))))))) So I have to sign up first, then break my fingers and turn to them!)))) What nonsense is this!? Then, nevertheless, I went to the general queue to the doctor, sat for half an hour at the door, no one was told to wait, after half an hour a client came to the address and that's it!!! They just got impudent! What is it in the country for living?!!!!!!!!!
Inhumane incompetent staff work at the reception. I came home from work, asked in which office to open a sick leave, the temperature, I got sick. They were sent to the only doctor on duty. There are several dozen people in the queue. And only 1 doctor on all issues. After an hour and a half in the queue, knowledgeable people suggested that there was a special infectious diseases room. WHY DOESN'T THE REGISTRY KNOW WHERE TO SEND PEOPLE WITH FEVER?
Disgusting polyclinic, especially the reception in room 120 at 23.10, I sat for more than 40 minutes for a sick patient at 2:30 a.m., there were three people in front of me! Of course, we made it to the 30-minute break! The doctor commented that he was distracted by phone calls! I left without a doctor's examination! Feeling even worse than when I arrived!
I would like to express my deep gratitude to Svetlana Valentinovna Romanovskaya, a general practitioner, a wonderful doctor who will understand the root of the problem and prescribe the right treatment. I wish there were more such specialists!
My head hurts, my blood pressure is 75, plus I have a cold, my throat is coughing, my head is spinning, my eyes are flowing, my nose is flowing, I have to take the child to rehab, I can't skip it, and it's hard for them to get this damn sick leave for their father, for these 5 days, as they say, die, but we'll only discharge the sick leave when I get infected or the child suffers, I I will call the Ministry of Health completely insolent.
I, Kremenetskaya Galina Ivanovna, who lives in Grodno, Brickel str., 3, block 136, sincerely express my gratitude to the management of polyclinic number 6, for a well-done job, general practitioner Butskevich E. I. for professionalism and sensitivity to patients, attention and kindness. Special thanks to the medical staff of the FTO Senchuk Alla Nikolaevna and the nurses Yakovitskaya O. A. Ivaneko E. E., Fastova A.M., Sonchik T.S., Belyak M. A., and I want to congratulate them on the upcoming professional holiday of the nurse, and from the bottom of my heart I wish them good health and success in your necessary and demanding work.
Horror, I go, I solve the problems of a disabled mother, I just need to take a referral for tests, office326, a nurse and a doctor are sitting talking and there is no reception, I turned to the head, promised to talk to the doctor and call back, I'm waiting.... There are no words. And how can an old person visit such a clinic
Don't hurt everyone!!! The doctors are well done, everything is prompt, everything is scheduled, good health to everyone!!!Special thanks to Rovinsky A., and K. 104. Thank you!!!
I, Olga Cherepovich, who lives on Tavlaya Street, would like to express my gratitude to the Physiotherapy Department represented by Veronika Nikolaevna Khreptovich, a doctor, and Elena Evgenievna Ivaneko, a nurse.Competent specialists, polite and pleasant in communication.

I am not registered in this clinic. I got sick and decided to apply. At the reception, when asked if they could accept me without registration, they confidently replied, "go up to room 335, they will look at you and prescribe treatment, but they will not open the hospital." After sitting in line for 1.5 hours and entering the office, I heard "I will not look at you, you are not registered, goodbye." Nervousness was added to the snot, headache and sore throat.
Dear management of polyclinic No. 6, please establish basic communication within the polyclinic. So that the registry office knows that the doctor will not accept without registration (although it would seem: you can see a sick person who has been standing in line for 1.5 hours without registration).
We moved to Grodno from another city and were pleasantly surprised with my wife when on Friday afternoon in the heat of plus 30 on the street at the reception, the girls, fanning themselves with the "Case" folder, politely answered all our questions and wished us a good weekend.
And the polyclinic has a well-organized appointment with specialist doctors.Who is another mneria - welcome to the periphery.
I would like to thank the district therapist A. A. Chistyakov and oncologist A. A. Murashkevich from the bottom of my heart for their sensitive attention to patients. These are doctors with a huge heart. Nowadays it is very difficult to meet such people. My husband Ladysh T. M. turned to the oncologist more than once, he performed operations on him. The spouse speaks only positively about the oncologist.I would like to say only the best words about these doctors.
Excellent clinic, very nice inside, competent doctors, the reception quickly helped to figure out where to go. I didn't find long queues at the reception.
A branch of Hell on earth. I passed a medical examination for my license... everything is fast doctors, but a therapist. It's terrible, I went from 16 to 19 for three days.
It is impossible to put even one asterisk: eternal expectation, rudeness.
Now, in conditions of seasonal infections, the institution is dirty, even the air is stagnant....
Sometimes staying in line can provoke a disease, unfortunately, we have to look for normal treatment in private centers
I will give a high assessment, without lying to my soul. It should be understood that my opinion is subjective, and therefore I will explain. I don't ask for help very often, but when there is a need, I don't have any problems getting an appointment with a local therapist, surgeon, endocrinologist or just writing a prescription. I always receive qualified consultations and, if necessary, timely treatment. I have never encountered rudeness from the staff. The clinic is cozy and the time spent is not tiring. Maybe I'm just lucky in communicating with people, but to be honest, I've never tried to "swing my rights" and all issues have always been calmly resolved. I have been using the clinic's services since its opening.
I can't get through to the clinic for 4 days. The waiting time is 3 minutes, yeah 43 minutes (exaggerated of course). And how do you like the queue of 43 people? With a 50-minute response time? I don't understand what you can talk about for so long, at the moment the 3rd in line has been like 20 minutes and so on for 4 days! You can't look without tears, you can't tell without a mat.
I do not recommend it. It is better to pay to other polyclinics in the city. They treated a sprained ligament in his leg, but it turned out to be a fracture. And so it grew together, not quite as it should...
The board, the queues, it's hard to get a ticket to see a doctor. It is rarely possible to resolve emerging issues without a scandal. There are simply no specialists in sensation. For patients
Nice spacious polyclinic.but there are a lot of inexperienced young doctors.and a lot of queues for the driver's commission need to be organized in a different way, otherwise it's creepy.
I want to write a review about one very ""good"" oncologist A. A. Murashkevich Instead of referral for chemotherapy, and I have it for 3, he writes out a referral for a consultation. He is not interested in the medical certificate issued after the 2nd chemistry, as well as my condition. God forbid to get a full-fledged treatment to such doctors.
the worst polyclinic in the city it feels like the doctors did not come to work, but to rest. The most lovers of rest are therapists. they communicate with a person as with a lower level. in short, people, be healthy, do not get sick so as not to get into this madhouse, spend your health, nerves may still wish for a good road somewhere.
They donated blood from a finger with a friend. He was afraid. He turned pale and dizzy. But I think if something had happened, they would have helped him. We decided not to check it.
There are good specialists, but it is difficult to get to them, but it is possible, not all the staff is friendly to customers, on blood sampling from a vein, you need to remind them to fix it not willingly, there are alas specialists who cannot correctly write the last name in the direction
A modern clinic where professionals in their field work, admission by coupon, queues are not large, I especially want to mention the psychotherapist Rimoshevsky Alexander Nikoevich, who will listen to you carefully and prescribe the right treatment, you can safely go to him for an appointment, discarding all fears, doubts and embarrassments, for many perhaps this is the last hope for a normal life
The entire queue of 12 people sat while the therapist on duty went on rounds. Why can't more therapists be appointed if one is not coping? She was driven from the 120 office to 321, from there she was redirected to 337, where many people have been sitting for several hours. Why should patients with fever be driven around the clinic??
Deputy Chief Physician Olga Stepanovna is a man of business, together with Olga Ivanovna, head of the General Practice department, we solved a non-standard issue and a tight deadline
The first time I went to the clinic. I am very pleased with the attitude of everyone I had to face. Everything was explained and helped to sort out my problems. Thank you.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the help provided to me. Thank you for your kind heart and responsiveness, for your attention and understanding of the problem. For the fact that at a difficult moment for me, they did not turn away and did not turn out to be indifferent. ... Thanks to the doctors. Your patient.
Clean, tidy, and that's it.Before visiting this place for a healthy person, you need to drink a bottle of valerian, otherwise you will get out of there for hypertensive patients.Of course, there are excellent employees, professionals in their field, but against the background of rudeness they get lost.Sadly.
It's a terrible clinic. It is better to pay a lot of money than to go to this clinic. If you want to spoil your nerves, then please. There is simply no way out, you need to contact your place of residence when you get sick. But it's better not to get sick. As they say: fish rots from the head. That's in polyclinic No. 6. Everything comes from the HEADS OF THE DOCTOR. IT'S JUST THAT IT'S VERY URGENT TO PUT THINGS IN ORDER IN THIS CLINIC.
The worst clinic in the city! Not only is the service very long, but you also sit under the office for it is unclear how long when there are no patients in this office. This is especially true of the 328 cabinet. It feels like the doctors in this office are testing your strength in this heat. I have also repeatedly encountered rudeness in this clinic. The staff is, of course, on the selection...Only a couple of doctors are adequate against the background of this boorish and incompetent crowd.
