The staff is incompetent, in particular the head doctor.
When I tell my friends about our clinic, they don't believe me. Although it has started to deteriorate - some good innovations are already being canceled. It's a PITY.
taking a ticket to the doctor is a real quest. there is a huge polyclinic, and there are few specialists. there are only pediatricians in the children's department, to narrow specialists in 1 nursery...
