I would like to express my deep gratitude to Natalia Gennadievna Paradna, gynecologist at Polyclinic No. 7, for her high professionalism, sensitivity and kindness to visitors! Doctor with a capital letter! My wishes are prosperity, health, strength and endless possibilities!
The terrible attitude at the reception desk from a red-haired woman (I don't know her name), the fact that I didn't know the registration for the driver's license on the Internet. I ran for 30 minutes with some guy on a commission he didn't need. Solve your issues outside of business hours , not when it 's your turn . She was rude to a girl before me.There was a woman behind me for an appointment for 55 minutes at the time when she ran away, it is not known where it was 35 minutes, and she says I will accept her, but I need to make an appointment (it will take 1 minute to make an appointment, and 7 minutes to make an appointment), given that I am the first in line, maybe everything is by appointment.I have to wait for everyone. Another girl saved her, arranged everything, offered to go through a small workload today. I went through everything in about 20 minutes. I sat at the reception for 40 minutes. I don't know the name of the girl in the first window anymore, thanks
She was undergoing a driver's medical examination. I did not like the registrar's work in the 5th window. At the entrance, they wrote an announcement that it was held by appointment or by e-mail. The electronic works for all windows. When contacting the 5th window, I was told to wait for an email. As a result, they were called to the 1st window, where they could not serve. It was only after I saw that the person who came later was received in the 5th window without any electronic or preliminary information that they deigned to serve me, while accusing me of not being able to read the ads correctly. I would like to have more attention from the medical staff, the commission is not free.
It is quite an excellent clinic. The staff is nice and helpful. I passed the driver's commission, I was satisfied. It's good that there is already an electronic queue. The last time was five years ago, when there was a live queue -it was something. People forgot what kindness and politeness were. But they remembered anger and mats perfectly well. I am happy with all the doctors, you are well done girls (women). And with the right vision, it's a little too much. I wasn't going to fly a space shuttle. I read the letters earlier and said the masked figures and you passed.
The polyclinic is well located in relation to the nearby stops Komintern and 19 school, formerly ZIP. Good staff, I've been to a paid reception several times. As it is, I know that all drivers undergo a commission at this clinic. And not just the drivers.
cool bakery with a fresh renovation
unfortunately, there was no antiseptic at the entrance
The doctor is a very nice and pleasant girl
, she told me everything
almost an ideal facility for a medical examination :) there is not enough access to the second registry through the information kiosk and you will receive 5 stars) excellent specialists, good routing and logistics)
With all my suspicion of polyclinics, I have to admit, with tears of envy and anger in my eyes, that this polyclinic is a model for the staff of all polyclinics in the Republic of Belarus.
Of course, I wasn't at all, but nevertheless, the quality of service and the responsiveness of the staff made me a little angry. There's just no one to quarrel with from the bottom of my heart, everyone is terribly polite. How to live now?(((
The coolest, excellent, magnificent, one and only polyclinic in the city, where you come and can undergo a medical examination, tests, ultrasound and much more. Clean, beautiful, always friendly staff, they will tell you everything, prompt you. THANK YOU very much to the management for such a close-knit staff and high-quality service 👏👏👏
The attitude in this clinic towards visitors is terrible, rarely do any of the staff communicate normally. Of my own free will, I wouldn't even go there, but unfortunately, we can't get a medical examination anywhere except this shithole.
It took 45-50 minutes from the moment of payment to receiving the certificate (for the driver's license).
Everything is smooth and fast.
The registry office issued all the necessary documents and gave recommendations on passing the commission.
5 out of 5.
After the repair, it's just great, everything is on coupons, an appointment for the driver's commission on a call, no delays for several days, signed up, came and handed over everything in two hours, received a certificate and left. Finally, the service is at 100%. It would be like that everywhere. 10 out of 10.
You can get a driver's license and a professional examination. The queue for doctors is electronic. It's very convenient, no showdown, you took the ticket and you're waiting for your turn.
I had a medical examination before, and now I have a driver's license. It is better to make an appointment for a driver's license by phone beforehand. It took an hour to complete. In general, it's fast.
I periodically undergo ultrasound:the price is small, the specialist is attentive, polite and contact. You can sign up for paid services by phone-it's easy to get through. There are services of individual specialists.Overall, I am satisfied.
That's just the entrance you need to look for, because you need to go around the house, or go from the Martin store.
I undergo a medical examination every year at this commercial medical institution... The staff is rude, and it feels like I owe them something for my own money...
An electronic queue, which is very convenient. Everything is deliberate, there is no crowd as before. I just haven't been to the clinic for a long time and was surprised by the order and organization. Special thanks to the staff of the registry, who explain correctly, in an accessible, understandable and patient manner, as I ask everything several times.May God grant you all health and patience.
I passed a medical examination for driving in this clinic. I've read a lot of negative reviews... I was worried, it turned out in vain.
Everything went great.
Good specialists, polite. There were no queues, admission by coupons, very fast. I was worried, but everything went well and quickly.
Thanks to all doctors and registrars.
Everything is new in the clinic, organized perfectly.
It's bad, of course, that there is only one polyclinic with a medical examination for a driver's license in Gomel, so a traffic jam is created at the registry office, but you get through the commission itself in half an hour
The clinic is worse than hell, I passed a driver's medical examination here, the first thing to do is sign up at the registry, which is simply impossible to get through to, after which you go through the doctors on the list and to each electronic record, so moreover, each doctor has different working hours, so everyone else starts recording at the terminal and you can just sit for an hour wait for this electronic queue to reach you, although people have just left because they did not look at the reception time and typed these coupons, and God forbid you have some kind of sore they can send you to collect additional documents, so be prepared, and in general, it's better not even to go here if possible go through a medical examination somewhere else, in addition to all that has been said, the clinic is paid and equipped worse than in a free one, there is no convenience, metal benches on which it is impossible to sit, a cramped room, well, the attitude towards customers is at the level, it's not even a pity for money, like your time and nerves
My husband was passing by.a commission for a driver's license. All the specialists passed quickly, but in rooms 2-14, 1-16, these are the ophthalmologist's offices for some misunderstanding. When a person comes in, they check their eyesight, they need to leave the office and sit in the corridor for 2 hours, and then they will check their eyesight on the device, they do not immediately give a conclusion, you have to wait for them to be taken out, for another 20 minutes. Why is it not that vision and the device are not combined together and the conclusion is immediately on hand.Yes, it won't be fast, but it takes more time for a person to get in and out, too.And so, in general, it's not bad, one office spoils the whole mood and everyone who sits in this queue is outraged.
The electronic queue is an excellent implementation. If you get to a day when there are no professional commissions, you can actually get a driver's license in half an hour.
I went through the entire commission in an hour, everyone was polite everywhere from the registry to the doctors.
The electronic queue is generally convenient, I was very satisfied 👌
I remember I went with my husband, then I went to Selmash to pass, 2 years ago we spent half a day there in line
You take a ticket to the registry in order to be sent to another queue at the checkout, then again you take a ticket to a gynecologist and / or neurologist. You still stand in line with other specialists. It's nonsense, this scheme has not been thought through to the end. Thank you that the air conditioners installed in the ceiling work in summer and it is not hot in summer. There are no parking spaces if you are driving your car; You must park at the Martin store not at the main entrance, or from the side of the main entrance and walk through the store... Something like that. The specialists at the clinic are not bad.
I passed the commission!) everything is fast, clear and to the point! The electronic queue is insanely pleasing! It's actually a fire! I paid, passed and am happy!
Pleasant updates, fast, without waiting in line, attentive doctors, reasonable prices for services. Special thanks to the gynaecologists, they are tactful, they conduct the reception competently.
I didn't get through to more than one number. At the moment, it became interesting whether 1h30min would be raised without stopping. Everyone is so used to it that they accept it as the norm. It's a pity that I live here
Somehow I got through to paid services. Yes, sometimes you can get through. The operator picked up the phone and wanted to put it down, but she couldn't do it and I was listening to the personal information of the patient who was currently in the office. I couldn't get through to you anymore. When I came in person, I saw that the operator who issues paid services just put the phone on the table and that was it. And you won't get through. This is a service.
I extended the medical examination for my driver's license. I liked everything. Clearly. Quickly. Everyone is friendly: from the registrar to the doctors.
In polyclinic No. 7 it was somehow easier, better, there was a better service, it is cramped here and does not look like a paid polyclinic at all, as in a rural polyclinic and they find fault especially with pensioners.
I was at an otolaryngologist's appointment with Sokolova L. B. An excellent specialist. A professional. A real doctor with a capital letter. I am very grateful to her for her attentive attitude and dedication to her favorite work.
They are improving as much as they can. I accidentally got to the clarification of relations between employees, made a remark, but they were so absorbed in anger towards each other that they did not see anything around. It's unpleasant to listen to
I passed the driver's commission. Everything is very well set up. There is an electronic queue for each specialist, thus there is no confusion and the queue passes quickly
The doctors are good, but the registry office does not know how to make fun of people by signing up for a driver's license, are you serious? Everyone used to stand in line and it was good!!! I will call the City Health Department with a complaint!!!
The staff is polite, they are not rude like in free clinics. The specialists really know their job. The waiting time is significantly different from the same free ones, most often there is no queue, or a couple of people have a decent attitude towards customers
