The clinic is disgusting, everything used to be fine, the doctors are adequate, they will always listen and prescribe treatment.Now it's just a madhouse, they don't prescribe anything, I would especially like to answer the GP-doctor Plastun and ENT-doctor Bantyukova E.D. there is one name from "doctors", these individuals have to order their eyes and make unhappy faces at the reception and do not respond to the patient's complaints and do not contribute to full recovery.The manager does not react in any way, apparently, in order to start working, you need to call the ministry.

It's just unbearable! They sent me here from my clinic to get a fluorography. I am not familiar with this clinic , I took a ticket through the device standing there , stood for 10 minutes until they said that it was already a queue , I decided to clarify where and why I was waiting so long . The girl at the reception looked at me with a sidelong glance and told me to take the card and go to the office. I didn't really hear what kind of office , what kind of answer card , until I started communicating in the same tone as this person. Yes, I got to the office and they told me in response, we have a break of half an hour, wait. There was no mention of this anywhere .

Do you want to waste a day of your life? Contact this institution. They installed an electronic queue, which only made it worse. They don't give you a card at the reception, and they don't have time to bring it in time. If you want, you can lose it. And in general, it is not clear why the card is needed if every doctor has a computer in which he keeps an electronic card. There are not enough specialist doctors. The record is for a month at best. The point of going in a month is not clear, it bothers now and not in a month. There are no complaints about doctors and junior staff, they do what they can with what they give.
