I have been served at the polyclinic for 2 years now (and since it was temporarily combined with the children's polyclinic, the child is also being served). I like everything, and the modern renovation, and the understanding/polite specialists. [Especially gynecologist Rabtsevich L. A., and pediatric ophthalmologist Makarov A.V.]
There are usually not many people, you can get to the doctor on the same day if you really need to. The reception desk will always prompt and help; yes, it can be difficult to get through the first time, but anything is possible.
