Dear therapists, how are you going to treat people if the coupons are recorded for a month and in the morning crowds of people with fever and cough gather in a confined space?

THESE DOCTORS ARE MUTILATING PEOPLE!
Luninetsky district polyclinic (Krasnaya St., 100) is a place where you will not be helped, but maimed. My mom came in with a BROKEN ANKLE, but these "doctors" managed to diagnose the dislocation. How can you make SUCH a mistake?! This is the level of a freshman, not a graduate.
Due to their absolute incompetence, a cast was not applied, and the leg was not fixed. What is the result? The bone fused incorrectly. My mother is disabled. She will NEVER be able to walk normally again. She will spend the REST of her LIFE with a cane, with pain, with limitations. And all this is due to the negligence of people who ARE OBLIGED to save health, not destroy it!
Shame on such "doctors"! Shame on those who allowed them to work with real people! For such a mistake, they should be fired WITHOUT the RIGHT to work in medicine at all.
If you value your life and health, stay away from this place. They won't cure you here, they'll cripple you here. And then they'll just throw up their hands.
I demand that this case be investigated. These doctors HAVE NO RIGHT to continue practicing.

She made an incorrect diagnosis, and when my boyfriend came to the appointment, she abruptly changed the treatment without notifying me. She told me that the diagnosis was "some kind of small dermatitis", while she prescribed an ointment for parasites. They call the sequence number of the queue, then the beeps go off and no one picks up the phone all day during the reception's working hours. A father of retirement age is forced to go to a polyclinic to make an appointment with a doctor. If measures are not taken against the registry staff, I will have to contact those who will resolve this issue.

And they sent them back so that they could fix it with their own hand! You pay your money and not a little money and you can't get what you need! One therapist says that you don't have to go to anyone else, you get to the end and they tell you that you need to go to a therapist anyway!
