It is very convenient with an electronic queue for blood, ECG, registry , pharmacy. It would be great if they also made an electronic queue for blood from a finger. People come, borrow, and leave. Then look for the last one.. And regarding the appointment to a narrow neurologist, there is no record and there are no people coming either. But the staff is very polite, they work conscientiously.
The neurologist who came to work now is very good. And in general, the doctors are wonderful. Many thanks to individual doctors for their conscientious work and help in everything.
You can't get to a neurologist. There is no schedule on the door of the injection room from how many they begin to do. We sat waiting from 7 a.m., and eventually started only at 11 p.m. There is no information available. Almost all doctors' offices have been treated in two months. One prescribes treatment, the other cancels. As a result, medicines at home for 600 rubles, which were not useful! So they also shield the holes from injections! It's better not to get here! I would like to leave my gratitude only to the therapist Burak A. for the attentive attitude to the patient!
Honestly, I would put 0 stars. It's a terrible place!!! The attitude is disrespectful! For example, I have a ticket for 10:06, and I go only at 11:15. What is this??? Instead of working, they gossip and talk on the phone!!! When you want to go in time, you are not allowed (kicked out). Boorish behavior. Where is this taught, to be rude to patients? A fat minus is due to the fact that there are enough doctors, but only a few of them work.
I won't tell you about the doctors, I didn't have a chance to visit. My daughter underwent a medical examination for two days. Two weeks later, the medical board went to work, again all the doctors in a circle. Unnecessary waste of your own and other patients' time and distraction of medical staff from direct work
There are good doctors, but if something urgent, except for a therapist with a huge queue and waiting even for a coupon, 99.8% will not get to a specialized specialist, people are queuing for coupons from no one knows how many o'clock in the morning.
An absolutely nightmarish place where there is no order (the card was lost, the doctor's office was changed, they did not know how to issue the necessary certificate). Two stars only for the electronic queue at the reception.
Hello everyone. I've never written reviews, but for some reason I can't resist. My review of the Volkovysk regional polyclinic and an otolaryngologist. I will say right away that I rarely turn to doctors of any specialty, especially on a free basis, only probably when I need to. Therefore, in the medical record card about once every 3-4 years, and maybe less often. And after today's appeal, there is no desire to go to the district polyclinic at all. I am 39 weeks pregnant, i.e. I am about to be in the hospital. I woke up yesterday morning and felt that something was wrong with my ear. No, there was no acute pain, the pain was felt if you pressed your ear a little and it hurt to lie on it. Looking in the mirror, I saw that it was maroon, severely inflamed and enlarged visually and was very hot. Everything was fine with the other ear. I think maybe she was lying down. But after a few hours it did not change and there was a dull pain. Having looked at the coupons for lore by electronic registration, I saw that they were not available for the next few days. The pain was bearable. The only thing that was annoying was that I was pregnant and that there would be no purulent otitis media.. So that it would not affect either the child or my tests (which are important when discharged from the hospital). In general, if it wasn't for pregnancy, I would have gone to the doctor.
The next day, the ear situation improved slightly, but did not go away. Anyway, my husband came from a business trip and we decided to go to Laura. We arrived at the clinic at 13.40. The doctor took it from 14.00. In general, we decided to wait and ask for an appointment without a voucher in front of the first person. While they were waiting, two people came with coupons for 14.00 and 14.10. I explained the situation to them that I wanted to ask for an appointment in front of them. They didn't mind. At 13.54 the doctor came, changed his clothes and entered the office at 13.56. I followed him in. She apologized for not having a ticket and asked for an appointment. But I was denied this with the words: Where were you this morning? My appointment is just starting! Why me?! There is another specialist in another office! You will have to wait a long time! And in general, there are coupons at the reception! In general, he gave a lapel-turn. Honestly, it was very insulting and I came out almost with tears in my eyes. And yes, initially, I wanted to get to him, because he has a lot of experience and experience, and to be honest, only his last name was heard. Where was I this morning? Yes, at home, but if my husband had not arrived, I would simply not have taken the bus to the clinic in more than 30 degrees heat on my deadline and arrived as soon as I could. I only needed a doctor's opinion on whether it was dangerous or not, and I thought it wouldn't take long for a specialist with such experience. But that was just my opinion. When I went downstairs, I asked the girl at the reception desk if there were coupons for Laura for today. Fortunately, I was offered a ticket in 10 minutes to another specialist-an otolaryngologist. The specialist turned out to be a young, pleasant girl. I explained the ear situation to her. She looked with a special device. Personally, I calmed down that the inside of the ear is intact (I don't know how to explain it correctly) and this is external otitis media. The doctor said what to wipe it with and that's it. My appointment lasted 2 minutes. Thank her very much.
So that's what I'm talking about, could the first specialist doctor with a lot of experience, experience not have given these couple of minutes before his appointment? Or at least he would have spoken more politely, his tone was unfriendly. By the way, a couple of months ago, at the beginning of pregnancy, I visited this specialist when I was lying in gynecology for preservation. For some reason, all pregnant women are sent to him. The reception was in the format - are there any complaints? - no. That's it: the signature on the card is free. Less than a minute.
To be honest, I was initially afraid to go without a ticket.. Well, I can't do it blindly.. Maybe if there was a crowd of people, I wouldn't have gone, but there were two in front of me! a man and they agreed to let me through. In general, faith in free medicine, and even more so in humane doctors, has become even less. And then everyone wonders why people start diseases and do not go to the doctors at the time, apparently because of this attitude.
All the best to everyone! And I wish that you would come across only real doctors by vocation.
I am very grateful to the ENT doctor Doilido Malgorzeta Arnoldovna for her sensitive and attentive attitude to patients. May God grant her health and professional growth. THANKS
The district polyclinic has been renovated. Equipped with new elevators for patients. There is a pharmacy on the ground floor, which is undoubtedly convenient. As part of the retrofitting of the polyclinic with new, modern equipment, a CT scan was installed.
Doctors take it as they want, it seems that the start of the reception is from 8, but we will take it when we drink tea, etc. There is a mess in the queues, but there is an electronic queue at the reception ....
To put it in 2 words: JUST A MADHOUSE!
If you want to get on your nerves, come here!
Is it normal in this epidemiological situation to sit in the "red zone" for 5-6 hours per appointment? At the same time, everyone is in the same queue, and those that show signs of SARS for the first time, and those that are on sick leave, but with a negative test result. Is it really impossible to somehow think through the admission and extension of sick leave for people with signs of colds and inflammation, but with a negative test? No, we need to put them all in one pile. Let them recharge more than they can. Fortunately, doctors are patient, responsive, friendly and understanding. Thank them very much.
The staff of the polyclinic has been updated recently, the younger generation is coming to replace it. And I must say that they are quite attentive to patients, literate, with a fairly high degree of professionalism. This is encouraging. Among the disadvantages: not all sites have therapists, so I tried to get an appointment with a therapist if necessary during the week. The management of the medical institution needs to be more attentive to the young staff, so that after working out the minimum they do not seek to leave Volkovysk under various pretexts.
I tried to get through, it's a very unpleasant place, no matter how much I don't come, doctors have always treated me rudely and according to my friends it's OK there, there are a couple of nice doctors who really help
It's too bad that there is no way to make an appointment with a doctor at the reception. You have to come for coupons at 6 a.m., and after that they tell you there are no coupons.A doctor without an appointment or coupons does not accept, what should I do?????????????
They drive around completely without doing anything. It took 8 hours to get to the doctor. I was shocked. They don't record it beforehand. The recording is only at 7 a.m. Horror.
There is still time to clean up and restore order in the clinic... no offense, but it is not possible to get to the doctor urgently (if absolutely necessary). Perhaps it would be worth allocating a separate time for people who are on sick leave... after all, it is not possible to sign up, come and stand at 7 a.m. for an additional ticket, and if they sorted out the queue before you, then what to do??? After all, you have to come and sit under the doors until someone has mercy or until you get in on your own... and who would like it? After all, if not you, then someone else! There's a constant crowd and people are fighting.
Although the clinic is large and the 21st century is in the yard, the queues are constant and take hours. The reception process of the population is disorganized. And to pass a medical examination is a real quest and a stress test)
