Thanks to all the doctors! You did well! It's hard for everyone right now. All the doctors I have sought help from have never refused it. It always happens expertly. God grant you all good health! Good luck to you all! Kerez Elena Vasilyevna, Gusak Yulia Vladimirovna, Gusarevich Tatyana Alexandrovna and many others thank you very much for your work.
A good clinic, polite and friendly staff. Special thanks to doctor Gusarevich Tatyana Alexandrovna, general practitioner Shumilova Inga Yuryevna, surgeon Golovach Alexander Alekseevich, nurse Korotkevich Galina Marianovna for their high professionalism and kind, attentive attitude to patients.
The clinic is terrible. It all starts with the reception desk. One window is working, then I ran, then I ran, and the queue is standing - for a very long time. In the offices as well. You sit and wait while the doctors rush through the corridors. It's just awful!!! A check is necessary.
It was in the morning. Now I have come to undergo fluorography again. It's just awful!!! There are 42 people in line, and more people have come for me. I have no words!!! PUT things in ORDER in this clinic.
It is difficult to make an appointment with specialists of a narrow profile. In particular, to an endocrinologist. The management of the polyclinic does not consider it necessary to take another specialist, t, k, it seems like two, in their opinion, are enough. But in fact, one doctor works daily, and the other works only two days a week. And this is for a huge area. And there's a vacation, studies, a reception in the village. As a result, patients with diabetes mellitus remain without help. The same situation is in surgery. Huge queues for therapists. Doctors are loaded with papers, questions from colleagues, and answers on the phone. And there is almost no attention left for patients. And this is not the fault of doctors, but a huge burden on them. And this is a flaw in the head, who does not want to hire a staff of young doctors. My relative wanted to get a job as an endocrinologist, but she was refused because of her disability. They did not want to bother with a disabled doctor, deprived them of the opportunity to earn a single mother a piece of bread, and patients receiving help from a GOOD doctor. Hurtful.
Terrible attitude in the registry, always when I come one window is working!!! When there are at least 3 working windows, is this a job and everyone takes turns changing. Even the attitude at the reception desk is terrible to people can easily be rude. Although the other employees are normal, I will not say that everything is so terrible, but the attitude to everything is spoiled by the registry…
Terrible service in the fluorography room! On a paid basis, you need to sit in the general queue for about 1.5-2 hours, and get the result the next day, again, to sit in the general queue, then the point is to pay for what you had to pay for, if you could pass it like that, in general, horror and nightmare!
They take a very long time to register. A long queue is gathering. The attitude towards patients is terrible, as if they are sitting on the registration of a detector. They have a very high opinion of themselves. Doctors are like everywhere else, there are good ones, there are bad ones. There's nothing you can do about it. I have to walk when I have to. Personally, I have not attended this event for 3 years and I think that I will only pass a medical examination once a year from work. As it is, there is nothing to do there. On the Internet, everything is described in detail from what to be treated. As a last resort, an ambulance to help. And so there is no desire to go there at all, only to spoil the mood and spend money. When you can buy cheaper and better medicine.
To the head of this polyclinic: write on room 730 that it is here that they do MAMMOGRAPHY! In order not to go down and up on your slow and eternally crowded elevator to the reception desk for clarification!
I express my gratitude to the doctor's assistant Savichev, who helped solve the problem with the card, I already did not know what to do. I am glad that we have such people in our city.
There are a lot of people, but doctors try their best, despite the imperfection of the system. I bow low to them. The halls, offices and staircases are clean. It's not the most pleasant place to visit, but people are working and it shows.
Personally, I like our clinic, even an hour and a half queue for a blood test does not spoil my opinion. I think this is the only negative. I come across good doctors. I bow low to all the doctors for your work! I come from a medical family and I know firsthand about all the hardships.
It's not bad.If you do not pay attention to the rooms in the style of a "scoop" and individual employees. If you sit 40 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, this is exactly what you need, but if you are 5 minutes late to the X-ray room, screams all over the floor...
Everything is simple with this clinic. 7 floors. Fluorography, X-ray room, physiotherapy rooms and offices of other specialists. There is a parking lot, a ramp, an elevator inside. There is a pharmacy in the next house. There is also a children's clinic and a women's consultation.
The city polyclinic, like many, has finally made an electronic queue, there are almost all narrow specialists, gynecology and a children's branch. Getting to the doctors is not a problem through an electronic record (during the period of rising morbidity, queues at the therapeutic department, which is also logical)
Doctors are not very polite..and since I'm applying to this clinic due to circumstances, I don't want to get personal..A fluorography, if it took place on Friday...come back for the result on Monday...and if you need it urgently!? The score according to the five-point system is 1
4 stars only for the building itself. It needs either a major overhaul or a complete change. The staff is at a high level. Doctors also keep their bar.
UPD to 10.11.2023
The registry works very slowly, only 2 windows out of 4 work. It's even difficult to call it work, they took one person, let him go and stand for 7~8 minutes chatting about life.
There are constantly queues , for which coupons are created it is not clear , everyone is sitting in the general queue and sitting, it is not realistic to get to the therapist on the site if only to go to the breach, there is no order with records
Regardless of the flow of visitors and other negative factors, they can always receive out of turn, provide first aid, urgently do tests, etc...and then for some time they call to monitor the state of health.... Well done!!! It is necessary not to conflict, but to talk, to understand the medical workers and then everything will be fine! I recommend it!!!
A good clinic. An electronic queue has already been made at the registry. It has become much more convenient. Now grandmothers and girls don't fight for "just to ask")) A modern fluorography machine, recently replaced. The staff is generally excellent. But, of course, there are exceptions. Just like everywhere else. In general, it's better not to be here. Good health to all!
If the children's room is honestly a pre-medical office, 10% of 100% service, pediatricians are working. Adult- the best surgeon - Alexander Alekseevich
Horror. It takes more than an hour to wait for a turn to do a fluorography. The office is open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 in the evening. We will also stand approximately to pick up the result. What kind of genius came up with this?
50/50 job There are pleasant doctors who know medical etiquette delve into the patient's problem, there is only after university you tell them that you drink, they respond with zero emotions and zero recommendations, drink and keep drinking!!!!I have to call an ambulance and read it myself !!!There was a stone, furagin and kanefron drank, nothing helped, I bypassed three therapists and zero!!!Until I called urology and was told to take an omnik and a hat, and the effect immediately went!!!!
The polyclinic is sad with its attitude towards people .the staff is probably trying - but somehow viciously .There are narrow specialists.but getting to them is not easy.and they don't want to hear about sores.and explain the method of their treatment, too, and in order to get some kind of referral for a rare analysis, you need to show the gift of persuasion and prove in court that you want a quality of life like our doctors.and it's not a fact that everything will come true.
The polyclinic is so-so normal, but it is not known at the registry that they will not get through on the phone or they will not pick up the phone or they have been busy for an hour, they did not get through, you need to complain to the city health department maybe they will somehow understand them, otherwise they consider themselves goddesses at the registry.
I applied to the polyclinic on May 26 for an extract from the outpatient card.
The queue is electronic. But people without a ticket (more often pensioners) come up - "I need to ask " and the electronic queue and your ticket do not interest them.
As for the medical staff, the girl at the reception is polite and attentive, personally took me to the right office (although he was nearby), answered all my questions.
In the pre-hospital room, the nurse quickly and clearly wrote out all the papers to me. And in 10 minutes the documents I needed were ready.
Thank you.
Today I visited this clinic.
I came by appointment to the ENT doctor on 10.06. Patients went " on a first-come, first-served basis " - two people in front of me, 3 people behind.
The doctor listened to me carefully, examined me, and gave me comprehensive information on all my questions. Quickly, politely understandable. I am very pleased!
Additionally: there are a lot of people near the reception, there is a queue for 146 coupons, and only 94 are called (time 9.40).
There is an eternal shortage of medical staff and too large a population for this clinic. That's why there are endless queues and you can't get anywhere. You can spend half a day , or even a whole day in line
I made an appointment with a doctor, I had to go to the hospital. I came, but the doctor is on sick leave, and instead of coming for a referral, get it at 12 o'clock (by appointment) I have to come and sit from 16-20, and suddenly they will take me to a therapist... Moreover, it has been raining outside for the second day... The registry was sent to one office, the doctor refused (204 Gorbunova). Her appointment is over, and I'm not booked, so she won't accept (they don't want to take coupons). I went to the head (202 golubtsova), go get a ticket, I have lunch in 10 minutes..... This is the manager. Bon appetit to you, thank you for the service, help and a good day.
Organization of reception 0
As if if the doctor didn't come to work, it's my fault, I have to run in the rain and look for someone to turn to.
But I want to say thank you, really, to those doctors who are trying, because there are good ones, but they are few (
It's very complicated. The queues don't seem to be large, but you still need to try to get to the right specialist. The staff are mostly adequate and friendly people
Hello. My review of the polyclinic No. 14, Gomel, Kosareva str., 11. Good specialists work there. Starting from the registry, administration and ending with doctors. I can't speak for everyone, but those I've dealt with are cool. At one time, I changed my residence permit and, accordingly, the polyclinic. Then I saw the difference and attached myself back to this clinic. A worthy competitor to private institutions.

I set a C. I'll explain why. I have been assigned to this clinic for a long time, but I appear in it extremely rarely and not because I do not need it, sometimes I need it, but I try to "save" myself and when I need it ... I go. so a week ago I came for a referral for an examination. I arrived at 8 a.m. I took the ticket. I was 42 in line. Well... we have to wait. Standing, because there are few seats in the lobby, and those that are are occupied, and people are sitting through one. Someone stupidly said to do it, someone stupidly did it, and now for some reason everyone silently thinks that this is what is needed. Hm. Well, that's fine. By the way, the queue dispersed in 18 minutes, two windows were working. Quietly, without conflict. I received a ticket for a doctor's appointment the next day. I came, there were two people in front of me, by appointment. 15 min and I went in. The young doctor, a guy, listened to what I told him, read my papers, wrote out a referral for a cardiogram, fluorography and tests. It took 5 minutes to do everything about everything. I went down to the reception desk and took a ticket to him the next day, the second shift. The next morning, again at 8, I came to take tests. At 327, I had to wait an hour and fifteen. Everything would have been fine if it hadn't been for the grandmothers, who lost their turn and made a ruckus, so much so that one had to be pumped out. By the way, I managed to do everything else during this time. At 19-12 I came back for an appointment. I couldn't get the paper I needed, because the test results weren't ready yet. How is it? I asked myself. What did you want? I answered myself again. Ok. The receptionist said that there is no appointment for this doctor tomorrow, so let's do it the day after tomorrow..uffff.. ok. Let's. For 15-12.I came at 15:00. The queue is like a mausoleum, and everyone is unhappy. The situation is tense. I ask, who is the last one? They are being sent to Kamchatka. I'm checking who's on the record. Silence! So I'll be the first, I decide for myself. I went in, got a referral, it took 5 minutes. And now the pros: the registry is working fast, trying hard. The electronic queue is stimulating. Doctors are mostly non-conflictual, they have learned to restrain themselves and, if circumstances require it, they work until the last patient. They call by name. The results of the analyses have already been entered into the computer, which means that they have reached automation, but not yet to the end, but still progress. Cons: there is NO organization of patient admission! In my opinion, it is necessary to divide into: those who came by appointment, those with an additional coupon and those who came to close the sick leave. Additionally, a separate office for those who close the hospital, a modified unified database and that's it. I'm sure it would be nice to hang up the TV and scroll through health programs. Add information., remove people from bad thoughts. Otherwise, nothing has changed in this place for so many years, both inside and outside. I am sure that in the near future "free" medicine will become paid and then these corridors will be empty. And so private medical centers have pulled over many people. In the meantime, we use such "benefits" and do what we need. Don't get sick. For consideration
The clinic is like in any other area. God forbid you get sick. The queues to the therapist are just huge, people are nervous, doctors are poor, I can't imagine how they work.
Like any other polyclinic in the city... The workload is high, the staff is exhausted. The doctors are good and will explain and help and even sympathize if the resource

An ordinary state polyclinic, clean, neat, electronic queue makes the registration process much easier. Everything is also fast at the reception, there are 2 elevators, they work perfectly, there is a good nurse in the vaccination center, and there are paid services. She was observed there from birth and by registration, now she is attached, because there are no complaints, everything is fine.
If you want to get on your nerves, welcome! I ordered an extract from the outpatient card - wait 5 days. Well, I came even later and it started... As it turned out, I defended the registry in vain for an hour in the queue-no one warned that everything depends on the time when you come, as a result, they sent you to another office. And then go there with her, and then there, and then there again. Dear ones, what did you do for 5 days then? The girl printed it out in front of me from the computer in the pre-hospital. Well done, everything is for people, especially now in an epidemic, it's just happiness to rush around your offices.
I really liked what the administration of the polyclinic did - this is that you can take tests very early and do not need to take time off from work. Thank you very much for this. There are a few flaws about recording on the Internet (when I signed up a week in advance and the doctor went on sick leave). You can also consider this option for replacing a doctor.
But there was a terrible impression left from a visit on 10/27/2021 to Yulia Frantsevna Shchurovskaya, a neurologist, a "doctor from God", who needs to be treated herself first by a psychotherapist and another neurologist. She conducted the reception in an inadequate state and was all hung up.
The horror is that in the nursery that the adult attitude is terrible,
My child got sick with a fever, even if they didn't come to the house, I had to go to the doctor myself, they barely gave me a card to the doctor
Of course, I would like to increase the rating, but due to the lack of professionalism of workers who are reluctant to treat patients who turn to them for help with the problems they have. Instead, they are ready to prescribe what is not there. And treat the disease that does not exist . As funny as it may sound, but the truth is this.
In order to do a fluorography, you need to stand in two queues. In total, the time to undergo fluorography is almost 2 hours.
However, the medical staff is very friendly.
I was at an appointment with a neuropathologist (Shchurovskaya Yu. F.), the doctor is of course "from God", but it is in kovychki. The attitude is not very attentive to the patient, it works according to a template. After the examination, I offered pills, but they don't fit me, then the phrase slipped by casually - well, then we can't help you in any way., but still decided to prescribe something. Without knowing the diagnosis, how can you write a prescription? And the question of what I am being treated for is not a diagnosis and not an answer.
The institution's treatment of requests is disgusting. The therapist does not know the work of the departments, they sent him to an office whose schedule is extremely inconvenient, in order to get into it he is forced to take leave from work and in the end it turns out that nothing can be done there and you need to go to another one that is not working at the moment either.
