I listened to why she would not accept me (and did not even ask why I came), since I had run out of time for the application there, now it is only paid, i.e. my taxes on free medicine are no longer enough. I would have understood this if there were a lot of people to her, but there was not a single person in the queue. Or maybe not by chance?
She may be right, but where does the youth get so much cynicism and such a terry bureaucracy? Now they are taught this in the "honey", to download their rights? It would take about three minutes. What if a person fell on the street and he didn't have a passport or money? And after all, no one warned me that I had run out of time, they say they don't have to. I didn't even know. It's very sad.

In general, I like the service in this clinic. Assistance is always provided in a timely manner. Modern treatment is prescribed. I like that there is reflexology and leech treatment. The only thing is that there is a staff turnover. For example, the excellent Laura Grishchenko went to work in the USA. And this is not a question of a specific clinic, but of the healthcare system.
The clinic is large, but there are no specialized specialists. And general practitioners are all so young and inspire little confidence. And there is no permanent doctor at the site.

After the first visit to the doctor , they were given a referral for tests and told the next appointment date . Arriving at the appointed date, the doctor rudely began to talk.I had to wait more than an hour when I was pleased. They work 4 hours a shift anyway , so they also have time to drink coffee during the reception , and we have to wait .
Since when do we have to make an appointment for a repeat appointment ourselves, and even on the agreed date by the doctor? (The doctor did not warn me that I needed to make an appointment)
Why do staff have computers at all if they don 't work behind them ?

I relate to this problem, I have not had a district therapist for five years now, this time, you go to prescribe a preferential medicine, you need to make an appointment early, not even to a doctor, but to an assistant and they won't accept it anyway.
