They are unsuitable for full-fledged living. Water and electricity are constantly turned off for 24 hours. It constantly stinks from the street unbearably with sewage (apparently when an autumn car arrives or when the sewer overflows). The location is poor, to go to the sea along the highway, along which there is a narrow sidewalk of 50 centimeters and at least 30 minutes in time, there is no normal store nearby, only a local market with inflated prices. The pool was dirty and covered in hair during the season. It is noisy near the airport, especially in the season when there are a lot of flights. And for all this "yummy" they also write off the monthly service. To buy and rent, without seeing all this horror in person, will go. But this is by no means the best place to live in Batumi, as the developers of these houses present themselves. Of the advantages, only outwardly beautiful.

We stopped by as a family. The living conditions are not like in similar townhouses, everything is done for a good stay with children, there is a modern playground and a mini football field - the guys are not bored. The houses are of excellent quality and justify a fairly low price in relation to other houses of the same level. I like the lifestyle in this area the most. No rush, fuss and unnecessary noise.
