I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Olga Zadorina, the post nurse of the Department of Pure Surgery! This sweet girl is a Professional with a capital letter! It stabs me in the vein, as they say , "with my eyes closed "!!!Polite, kind, attentive, keeps everything under control! My husband is being treated at the department, so he just talks about her!And finally, she's just beautiful!Health to Olga Olegovna and all her colleagues
The ambulance doctor said that the tumor was not large and did not even give an injection. She said that there is no threat to life, and in other cases they do not serve. And a person does not sleep for the second night from pain. She takes a taxi to work, and which one of her employees is there. You can't climb the scaffolding with that foot. Judge for yourself.
From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my sincere gratitude to the surgeon Maxim Vladimirovich Agolin and the anesthesiologist who saved the life of my brother A.S. Ponomarev on the night of July 26-27, who was admitted to the hospital with an open TBI, I sincerely thank the entire intensive care team:the head of the department, doctors, nurses, orderlies.Thank you for your professionalism, for your selfless and noble work, for your patience and care. Now my brother is in the surgical department, we hope for a speedy recovery.Thank you very much and bow low!
She was lying in the gynecological department. I express my great gratitude to all the employees of the department, I have not seen such professionals in their field and polite people in more than one hospital. Very good attitude to all patients. Individual approach to everyone. The team is at the highest level.👍There would be more such hospitals in our country. You're better.Thank you❤️
the nightmare of the bedside tables in the shelves in the neurology department is terrible, the dead have been visible since the 18th century, it is dangerous to put anything down, you can catch an infection. One good thing is the doctors
From the bottom of my heart, I want to express my gratitude to Olga Ivanovna, head of the otorhinolaryngological department of Sinyakovai, for professionalism, conscientious performance of her official duties, friendly attitude towards her patients (date of admission 11/22/21).
What can I say about the doctor, I do not know his last name, who examined me two days earlier, negligently treated his duties, at my request to do something (sew it up or glue it), he said that there was nothing to do, that it would heal like on a "dog", a huge minus for such doctors.
I was there, my arm hurt, the temperature rose. They took a picture and told me to wait for a hand surgeon. I almost fell unconscious here. It turned out that the girl needed a surgeon , but they just put a cast on me and gave me ten bandages as a gift. Closed fracture

ENT department, I will not advise anyone, especially the head Olga Ivanovna, an indifferent and cynical person
He does not know how to communicate with patients and their relatives.
I put my mother into surgery, I was stunned in the waiting room, everyone is so responsive, kind, friendly. Mom said the oncologists are very good and attentive. We also have excellent doctors and people.
The impression is simply terrible.Today, the mother turned to an oncologist on a paid basis with a growing mole on her face. Not only did I sit under the office for about two hours, there was no doctor. The inspection itself took no more than a minute. The doctor did not send for more than one analysis . Pristo said delete it if you want. And everything. IT'S JUST TERRIBLE WHAT KIND OF EXAMINATION IS THIS AND WHAT KIND OF DOCTOR IS THIS!!!
Rude staff, the passport was not taken immediately, we had to wait another 1.5 hours. There was a tick. As a result, I lost 4 hours. P.S. I was in the Russian Federation, in Smolensk with the same problem, heaven and earth. I arrived, no need to wait, 3 minutes, the tick was taken out, after 2 hours they called back and said that it was not contagious. Study, gentlemen!!!In the meantime, it's a shame (
I was lying there in gynecology.
Very good nurses and doctors.
The food is delicious.

Good afternoon, everyone!!! On the night from 10/29/19 to 10/30/19, my child and I went to the Polotsk City Hospital. The child choked on a fish bone, the ambulance brought us to the hospital. The child was scared and crying a lot. In the reception department, the medical staff was not very courteous, they tried to teach and blame me, saying what I feed the child and where I look. After the admission department, my daughter and I were taken to the ENT department, where of course everything went differently. A doctor, Yevgeny Anatolyevich Borisevich, came to examine us. Evgeny Anatolyevich, this is a doctor who managed to find an approach to my daughter, who is 3 years and 7 months old, just from the first minute. Children are always afraid of doctors, but he was able to arrange with her in a playful way so that she would open her mouth and get a bone, while the child was going home from the hospital, the child smiled and said that he would also be a doctor and that this doctor was a "Fairy". After such doctors, children do not remain scared of the hospital. Many thanks to Evgeny Anatolyevich for his work and approach to it. We wish him and his daughter success in his difficult work.
The hospital is not bad, BUT.
I am a disabled person of the 1st group, I travel in a wheelchair.
Ramps for suicides were probably made)
You can't get up or down without help!
..
I would like to see how this master of these ramps would get into a wheelchair, and try to climb up and down them himself!)
..
And it wouldn't be bad if toilets were made available.
The place is small, it is not realistic to turn around, there are no handrails to grab.
Thanks to the staff, especially the intensive care unit. Such an attentive attitude that there is no limit to gratitude! My mother was in intensive care in February last year. And to the doctors, nurses, and nurses, thank you very much!
It is impossible to get through!!!
The incompetence of some employees is amazing. It could be attributed to their young age and little work experience, but they have no desire to develop in the profession. Why figure it out and do something when there is one diagnosis: "... it's age-related." Seriously?! At the age of 40, what is the age limit? Is it okay to complain about an injury?
But there are also good specialists, it's a pity that not all of them.
The repair was done, it became decent. Even if there were competent specialists, it would be super.
The CT machine has not been working for several years. They say they bought it, it's lying. And how long will it be?
