The best university in the country, except Minsk. But there are specialties that are not taught anywhere else. And it is more expensive to study in Minsk.
A normal UNIVERSITY. But it only gives a crust. There is little extracurricular activity, at least as there was for me. Only single specialties are available for exchange. It is better to look for a place to practice yourself. The distribution is the same.
But my specialty has given me the opportunity to educate myself, even though I'm not working on it right now.
The psu website is a "dump" of boring, incomprehensible information. Finding something you need on it is like completing a quest in a computer game. I can't say anything good about Google Classroom at all. They have fenced themselves off from students with a wall and are kicking links on websites in search of information - that's how self-education is!
