I really, really liked it!A cafe in the heart of the city.Excellent service, very attentive and caring receptionist, pays attention to each guest.The waiters also work quickly and smoothly.The burgers are delicious, very tasty and juicy! I was here for the first time (I'm from Minsk myself). The place is incredible! I took a burger - it was mega delicious. Cool teas (there are many other drinks). The service is excellent (special thanks to Stanislav), the atmosphere is just great, the prices are adequate, the music is not loud, which is very important to me. The work schedule is very impressive. My impressions were super positive! If I'm in Grodno, I'll definitely come back here!

Cozy and warm indoors; beautiful interior. The music is quiet and fits the theme of the cafe. Cultural service staff. The burgers are delicious, but the nuggets and fries, unfortunately, taste terrible. The prices are high, but I think it's deserved.

Super, burgers are just space, delicious, they were not taken for the first time, now these are my favorites... You guys are great , the kitchen has a separate respect for 25 minutes and you already have hot juicy burgers , once again you were surprised by the guys) We took it to take away, there was an egg in our burger , we drove there, did our business and only started unpacking for 40 minutes with nothing - and were very pleasantly surprised when opening the package, the burger was wrapped in foil , but there was parchment under the foil , and the yolk of the egg was covered with a saucer so as not to grab , damn it super, thanks for the high-quality approach to the dish, they are worth the money)

Today we decided to give the institution a second chance. And they were disappointed!!! It is unclear what function the hostess performs in this institution. I didn't say hello, I didn't see you off, I didn't take you to the table. The waiter came to take the order 30 seconds after he brought the menu. The staff is very poor in service! There was a very unpleasant aftertaste. We came to sit with the company, we all ordered something. I don't drink alcohol, so I take Chinese tea (pu-erh) with me they don't have that. I asked for non-alcoholic beer, it turned out to be all beer with flavors, I don't drink that either. I asked, or in such a situation I can bring a jar of non-alcoholic beer to sit with the company. Of course the answer is NO. Well, that's okay, fine. I asked if I could at least drink my tea from a thermos, to which the waiter's eyes almost fell out on the table. Of course the answer is NO, YOU CAN'T DO IT WITH YOUR OWN! The whole company had to go to another place. In which they do not chase profit from a sold cup of tea. I hope in the future the waiters will learn how to serve people without rolling their eyes after hearing personal questions. And they will be able to compromise so that the people who came to the institution are satisfied. And after leaving, we passed on to others good reviews and impressions about the atmosphere of this place, which is much more important than the clink of coins.

Burgers and croissants are very tasty! The price and quality correspond. The prices of drinks are unreasonably high. But the atmosphere is so-so. They hung 4 speakers on makusenkie premises and turned the bass to the maximum. You're sitting there and the music is pounding into your head. Adjust the music. Remove the bass! The staff is 50/50: sometimes friendly and smiling, sometimes they look like they haven't slept all night, and they were also forced to deliver burgers.

My son loves burgers very much.
We were with the child on 06/22/24 in a Clearing . There are usually very tasty burgers there. I asked the waiter which one is better to take for the child , they advised me with strips . We ordered one with beef , and the second with strips .The burger with the beef patty was normal. But the son took a bite of the burger with strips exactly once .He said he was full , I asked him to pack it with me .She's been crying, she's been trying to figure out why for a long time. It turns out that he did not want to offend the cook and therefore did not say that it was not tasty. And then he felt sorry for the money he spent.
I tried his burger, confused by the taste of strips (cardboard instead of meat) . I threw out the burger , paid the check , and wrote a negative review in the book of complaints and suggestions .

I went into the men's room and... Couldn't get out!! Because there just WASN'T A HANDLE on the inside!! I couldn't get out for about 3 minutes until they opened it from the outside!!
