A great place to relax and hold festive events.We visited this place, about the birthday celebration, a very instagrammable place,there is a sauna,a Jacuzzi,a swimming pool,a font,a chic house with a kitchen,three bedrooms, a playground,2 trampolines,swings,benches all very worthy to spend time and your leisure, I recommend.

We had a rest in a big company. We arrived earlier than usual, the owner of the estate met us very cordially., offered soft drinks and conducted a tour of the estate:sauna, very clean pool, cozy rooms. The interior of the house corresponds to the manor theme, the green area is wonderful. Children and adults were satisfied. The owner asked us to keep order and cleanliness, which was not difficult for us. I advise everyone to relax on this magnificent estate.

We were vacationing in a big company.Everything was fine.But on the day of departure, the owner called us and said, since his cleaner works elsewhere that day, we have to clean up. Please take the garbage with you, as he does not have the opportunity to take it out. We were outraged, since no taxi would agree to such a thing. To which he replied, "do I have to put him in my Mercedes?!"With great dissatisfaction, we came to the conclusion that he would still remove it himself, because we paid a lot of money for our vacation. We thought that our unpleasant acquaintance would end there, but no. Later, the owner contacted us and said that we owed him two hats for the bath and two mats, since we allegedly burned him down. Although I saw one damaged hat during a preliminary inspection, I could not think that they would tell me to buy it off. He also said that it was impossible to play ball on the territory and he warned about it, which of course was not the case.He was outraged that we had crushed all the tui for him, although no one had touched them. The water in the pool is dirty. In general, we don't set foot there anymore. Probably the owner is very bored with life, so be prepared that he will monitor your vacation online.All the good impression was crossed out by the boorish attitude of the owner. You can still look for such a boor and a scoundrel.I will definitely write a review on all sites and post a post on my social networks.

The place is really beautiful, BUT only from the outside, inside the house is unremarkable, we chose this estate only because of the territory! after we celebrated our event here, it turned out that we had to take out the garbage OURSELVES, and this is a village, and there are no garbage cans anywhere. We took everything out by taxi to the nearest garbage can , and it was not very close ! When the owner of the estate arrived, along with the cleaner, that HE, that SHE, surrounded us with a three-story mat, after a night on the floor there was a "tablecloth" for 100 Russian rubles (probably due to the fact that there was a wind outside) he crumpled this tablecloth and with all his anger kicked this tablecloth at a girl who was standing not far from him . While there was a showdown about what we broke there, we heard very loud obscene statements from the cleaner , who was not shy in her expressions , however, like the owner of this estate himself . By the way, there is constant video surveillance on the territory of the estate and inside. So , let 's go back to the cleaner again . The most epic point after which I decided to write this review were the words of the cleaner to one of our friends, I quote: "Do you want to give a * ball now or later?" . We paid for everything that was broken there or was broken before us (although our mistake was that upon arrival there, we ourselves did not PERSONALLY check the condition of the items, door handles, etc.) I remind you that we were watched there around the CLOCK! In general, the owner of the estate wants to avoid walking , running , dancing , jumping and , God forbid, still breathing there during the celebration , as well as not using the refrigerator , dishes and other items that are there ( because then the cleaner will come and yell at you , as she will have to it 's all to wash and clean ) in this manor you can only sit and then preferably outside its gates . Another couple of points that I would like to point out is that toilet paper and towels will not be provided there. And some of the beds didn't have blankets, the guests couldn't take cover while sleeping. Personally, my sister covered herself with a sheet and as a result lay on a dirty mattress. In fact, you are renting just air. And then also pay the same amount on top , because the owner will find something to hang on you . I have all.
