I was back at the clinic recently.Irina Vladimirovna is tracking me wherever I go!Where am I sitting and which specialist am I contacting.She takes it upon herself to express her disapproval and ridicule.I don't even know who could influence such an employee!? I'm in shock today. Finally, when I got to the clinic, I complained about feeling unwell for the 2nd week and asked to listen to my lungs, and I got to 350 rooms. (there was no queue!). They tell me from the doorstep: "I'm not a doctor, understand, I don't understand why the hell the certificate sends everyone to me..." (etc. TSU how do I get to the appointment) After listening, she thanked me and left (I need a Doctor). I thought I'd come on Saturday, if anything... for now, I will continue to be treated on my own.
P.S. there is no district doctor, replacement coupons are only for March... I would be grateful if you could tell me how to act in the future in a similar situation))

Even the fresh renovation and cleanliness in the clinic did not add to its doctors (some) medical ethics.
Who gave the ultrasound doctor O.A. Zayats the right to comment on the results of her ultrasound diagnosis of the heart and to suggest the possibility of heart surgery?!
Later, the cardiologist, for whom this examination was needed, refuted this assumption. And it cost me sleepless nights and nerve cells.

Doctors' working hours are written on stickers and hung on the door, three times I came to close the medical protocol. I went to work in room 228 — and knocked on the closed door all three times; they said that the working hours had changed! Today, a lady in the same office drinks tea with cookies and sends them to the next office, where the reception time has ended. There is one time in the protocol, in fact another. Lawlessness!

Много врачей болеет , много каких кабинетов не работает .тяжело пройти медосмотр. гинеколог ужасный, меня как девушку которую волнует моё здоровье не проконсультировали нормально в моём вопросе , и даже когда я попросила отправить меня на сдачу крови на гормоны , как на зло сломался компьютер, и врачи не смогли выписать мне направление на сдачу крови, и сказали приезжайте в понедельник ,должно всё заработать, а мы все представляем что происходит в поликлинике и туда максимально не хочется возвращаться , мало того что много больных , так ещё и сами врачи болеют .

Прекрасное место, для лечения детской инфекций. В трех отделениях, что побывали, было чисто, свежо, хорошо.
Врачи все разные,есть хорошие и не очень.
Так сказать, может проф.деформация, а может накопленная усталость.

Лечусь у врача Майорова Влада Вячеславовича. Очень довольна.Добрый,отзывчивый. Не спешит,лишь бы отвязаться, как некоторые.Выслушает,ответит на вопросы,предложит лечение и всегда его метод лечить помогает, облегчает боль. Большая бдагодарность от меня и моей семьи. В целом поликлиника мне нравится. Чистота и уют. Работники регистратуры и лабораторий приветливы и доброжелательны. Меня всё устраивает.

Всегда ооочень длинные очереди. Мой дом, который закреплён за этой поликлиникой остановках в 6-7 и то, прямого транспорта нет. Карточку завели год назад, за это время я один раз пришла по болезни, после чего её доблестно потеряли. Благо выписку сделали из компьютерной базы и когда заболела в этот раз отправили в инфекционное отделение (при температуре 37), где естественно поковыряли в носу. Ковида у меня не нашли... И сегодня терапевт тоже принимала меня без карточки, за что ей отдельное спасибо. Вот что-что, а за терапевта как раз три звезды. Лично ей я бы и 5 поставила, если бы согла судить о компетенциях. А так я толком не болею и мне что не выпиши "пройдёт или за неделю, или за 7 дней"... Но она вежливая, осмотрела, послушала, отпустила. К ней претензий нет. А вот саму поликлинику, как мне кажется, стоит разгрузить. Очень большой район, очень много людей, и все сюда... Но с другой стороны откуда же у нас врачей набрать на новую поликлинику, когда в стране такая "жизнь"...

С трудом дозвонилась в поликлинику, спросила как попасть к участковому врачу , так как высокая температура и скорее всего гнойная ангина , сказали что по моему адресу врач сегодня не работает. Спросила как попасть к другому, чтобы хотя бы назначили лечение на что мне просто бросили трубку .

Все хорошо. Был в различных поликлиниках в минске. Выше среднего по всем показателям: качество оказания услуг, персонал и др. Но и проблемы все те-же. 5-ть звёзд быть может и авансом. А мне не жалко.

В нашей стране Все врачи самые лучшие и насчёт этого даже нечего спорить. Конкретно в этой поликлинике меня всё устраивает, даже более чем, большой плюс это аптека в самой поликлинике с более чем приемлемыми ценами.

Обычная совдеповская поликлиника, как и вся медицина в стране. Но и без нее было бы хреново. Основные функции бесплатные, к терапевту попасть - всегда около 1ч в очереди, после чего получишь дерзкую консультацию, а в обмен на закрытие честно пролеченного больничного листа - принудительную флюорографию, а может и прививку (если давно не делал). Раз в год можно сделать бесплатный анализ крови.
