It's a good place. On the one hand, it's probably a franchise, but the staff added a zest to the usual crumpets with their responsiveness and kindness, giving them a special taste. These crumpets are very tasty for children. The kids ate them with such smiles that they also wanted more and more!!!

A nice and pleasant place, quite atmospheric and pretty. Donuts are delicious, especially I like them under powdered sugar. I take the package right away, the price is not biting. I didn't drink much coffee there, but I can't complain either, I'll try again. I recommend you to visit. I also recommend their assorted boxes, it helps to determine the favorites ☺️

But the dissatisfied faces of the employees are a question for the employees themselves. It's not easy for anyone right now, but sighing and rolling your eyes just for an order from a person is at least strange. It's just an amazing place! Very atmospheric, clean, friendly staff. Donuts are super, I really like them in banana glaze with any sprinkle. Powdered warm ones just melt in my mouth. I also liked the punches, the most important thing is when it's freezing outside.)

The repeats are very slow, the cashiers are standing with a dissatisfied face. The donuts are all different shapes, overcooked. If you arrive at closing time, you still remain guilty, because they are washed and you will receive a box from the storefront.
I took a box of glazed boxes, the whole box is dirty, it's just awful. Change the staff.
Don 't set foot in here again !

We had a great time at the Pon Pushka establishment! 🍩
I especially liked the donut with coconut and shavings - it just tastes incredible. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and high-quality service, thanks to Natalia. Special thanks to her.
The interior of the restaurant was also pleased - the pretty pink and white interior creates a cozy atmosphere.
My friend and I came at 17:00, and we were glad that the queue was small, only a couple of people. Therefore, I recommend visiting the Pon Pushka establishment for those who love delicious donuts and a pleasant atmosphere. 👌🏻
