The girl who prepared the order is Nadezhda, the most incompetent, aggressive employee. She doesn't know what a banana-flavored doughnut looks like, which beans are in the coffee too.. and so on. And that's how it came to the order - she raised her voice at me, scolded me. My husband and I are generally in shock. I wanted to use a coupon from Alfabank, in the end I had to make an order in advance (according to her, the information under the coupon does not say this.), in a few hours, not minutes, but they did me a favor and cooked. I dictated the coupon, they also swore at me that I was dictating the wrong thing and there should only be numbers. After I showed the coupon to the girl on the phone, where both letters and numbers were, she did not apologize, but continued to communicate with her style. It can take a long time to describe communication, but I don't want to do it.
